Larger groups who do not need to be near each other can be accommodated in the two apartments which are 2km apart. The price for two apartments is double the price for one.

We have two art deco 2BR apartment listings for short term rental in St Kilda. Both have double (or a queen) beds in each bedroom with single folding beds for extra guests. They can both accommodate 6 guests. Belsize, the first 16 photos, is located in East St Kilda. In a quiet cul de sac, it is suitable for children and families as well as romantics and sports fans, being close to major transport links (train and tram) to the city and Albert Park. Vibrant cafe and street life are minutes away.

Oberon, is a 3 minute walk from Acland St, St Kilda, around the corner from the 100-year-old St Kilda Botanical Gardens and walking distance to the beach and trams to the city. Both apartments are a short walk to the hub bub of street life St Kilda has to offer and minutes by public transport to the city.

Please note because both apartments are period architecture, they both have only one bathroom. There is a cleaning fee of $100, which is what the cleaner charges me and is paid separately to the booking fee.

The apartment features an sun-filled outdoor shared landing with outdoor setting, perfect for early morning coffee and papers, an entrance hall that leads to a large separate lounge area with north facing windows for lots of natural light, a rose gold feature wall that beautifully compliments a comfortable red leather modular sofa and sleek contemporary glass dining setting. The decor is offset by quality artwork and rugs over hard wood floors, all designed to creat a luxurious, comfortable aesthetic.

The huge main bedroom has superior comfort queen size bed. The second bedroom features north facing window and double bed. The separate fully equipped modern kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a gorgeous vintage shower over bath and separate toilet. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience.
