You'll have exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay, which offers lots to see and do when you're not out and about exploring the local sights at Mudgee. Forage some fresh herbs, veggies and fruit trees from the seasonal garden and cook up a feast at home – the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an espresso machine, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other cooking basics such as pots, pans and utensils.

Take your pick of several dining areas, including a laidback setting on the undercover verandah where you can take in sweeping country views. When you want to kick back with a book or take a nap, choose between the hammock, alfresco day bed, or head to the living room and lounge on the sofa. A sunroom, library and games room with a pool table ensure there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and socialise.

Four bedrooms with portable heaters comfortably accommodate 11 guests. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and an attached ensuite, while the second bedroom has a double and a single bed, plus its own balcony overlooking the creek and neighbouring paddocks. The third bedroom has three single beds, and the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and a single bed.

The ensuite in master bedroom offers a shower, bathtub, toilet and vanity and the other two bathrooms are newly renovated with walk-in showers, toilets and vanities. Guests can also use the in-unit laundry with washing machine and dryer.
