Jan Juc Beach Break is located in a quiet court and only metres from patrolled beaches and an easy walk to the Jan Juc shops which includes a kid friendly pub, cafes, a fish'n'chips store & oven wood fired pizza takeaway/restaurant. RACV golf course and Jan Juc Bob Petit reserve only a short stroll away. Reserve includes a large playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, sports oval, BMX track and cricket nets.

The local bus route into Geelong and Torquay runs a street below the house.

Jan Juc Beach Break is on 3 different levels and the large entertainment area is spacious, light and airy with floor to ceiling windows capturing the magnificent views of Jan Juc Beach and famous walking trails. All together there are 3 large sunny decks, one for every weather event and all with outdoor settings to seat 8, relaxing lounge chairs and Webber BBQ .

House has 2 large separate living areas, both with seating for 8 and LCD TV 's. Upstairs boasts a reclaimed timber dining setting , leather lounge suite all which makes for a perfect place for reading, playing games or just chilling out with friends. An exercise bike is also supplied for those inclined.

House has modern kitchen and appliances including a dishwasher and an abundance of utensils including a coffee machine.

House comprises of 4 bedrooms and a Full Linen package is included in your price.

PANTRY- Coffee, milk, sugar, variety of herbal teas, spices, oils and wraps. All for our guests convenience

Bathrooms are modern and spacious and main bathroom has a large bath perfect for young families. Quality towels supplied.

PET FRIENDLY:

Private fully enclosed backyard, undercover kennel and doggy bowls provided. If bringing along your family pet and they are inside house we do ask that you give carpets a quick vacuum before leaving.

Double lockable garage and landscaped gardens with external shower.

Surfboard and wet suit racks supplied for easy storage of your gear.

Laundry has a washing machine and dryer with a large 2nd fridge with direct access to backyard.

House ideal for 2 families, intimate weekend escapes or holiday with your favourite furry friend.

We are keen for you to enjoy your stay and hope to secure your future surf coast accommodation needs.

NIGHTLY RATES vary according to day / season. We offer LONG TERM RENTAL in autumn, winter & spring ( minimum 1 month) starting from $800 per week. Please ask for a quote.

Excellent Property

The house is awesome. So close to everything that yu need . You could hear the waves break at night and had a lovely view. Great value and super pet friendly. My Woodrow and I loved it ! Thanks so much Traci for a great getaway that was really needed!

Great Pet Friendly Property

A short drive to the beach, this property is ideal for a few couples. With an upper and lower deck plus a small deck at front there a plenty of areas for people to get out of each other's hair. Large lounge/kitchen/dining area. Secure yard for pets. Well equipped for most. Clean and cosy in a quiet street.

Almost perfect

Excellent in almost every way. The rooms are spacious, the house is clean with plenty of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The location is ideal, walking distance (~10 mins) to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Only small downsides is that there was no WIFI and no DVD player and the kids were disappointed that the DVDs they found couldn't be watched.

Owner's Response: Hello Maysa Hopefully you will stay with us again in the near future. There is a DVD in the bottom TV Unit. Maybe I will put some instructions on how to use by that TV. House is a very affordable rate and we try to keep costs down so unfortunately we do not supply WIFI, however most people say that they just hot spot the mobile phones and devices when needed.
