Lots of children around for noise but overall it's a nice house for a family getaway

14 Rosapark Boulevard, Webberton

I hope the following comments concerning No 14 Rosapark Boulevard, Webberton will be useful both to your Agency and to future tenants. The house itself is of a high standard with plenty of room and easy to keep clean. The only comments on the building itself are that the number of power points is inadequate and storage shelves in a couple of the units can only be accessed by giants or by mere mortals using a step ladder.

The furniture is good and the beds are very comfortable, but addition of a coffee table would be helpful. Fitted equipment is generally adequate except there is no ironing board to go with the iron, and there are no instructions booklets as to how to use the oven, the microwave, & the air conditioning. This made life more difficult than necessary, and should be provided.

Expendable items were generally poorly provided. There was no coffee plunger, oven-safe dishes, replacement bin liners, inadequate supply of cleaning cloths, and no receptacles for disposal of sanitary items in loo or bathroom.

Finally instructions for vacating the property include: "lock up and leave the key on the kitchen worktop", or words to that effect. Clearly impossible! We left the key where we eventually found it on arrival.

Owner's Response: Hi Mary for your comments. I am glad you found the house comfortable in general. Your suggestions have been taken on board and we have added to the expendable items as suggested.There was already an ironing board in the laundry. What was meant by lock and leave is that the door can be locked behind you without a key. This way the key is left securely inside property. Perhaps I should Have explained this more clearly. We will be arranging for a key box to be installed at the premises. Regards maria

All round great property

Our family (2 adults and 1 toddler) had to travel to Geraldton for my partner to have surgery and found this property on Stayz. I was contacted very quickly by the owner who is lovely to speak and most helpful in every way.

The house was immaculate, the area family friendly and conveniently located making it a pleasurable stay with a 3 year old. I would and have highly recommended this property to others and will book again for future stayz in Geraldton
