Walk to the new GPO, Melbourne Central or Myer Store in just seconds. Melbourne Business, Financial and Legal precincts, shopping, restaurants, sports facilities, art galleries, transport and the delights of the CBD are all at your doorstep. We absolutely guarantee that there is no other building more central than 250E in Melbourne CBD. Needless to say, his bright, spacious, beautifully furnished, north facing, 2 bedroom apartment has always been much sought after.

Featuring 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom with King sized bed & the second smaller bedroom with Queen sized bed) both with built in robes, master with stunning views, open plan living and dining area, large kitchen area quality fixtures and fittings, ducted heating and cooling and a full bathroom with euro laundry.

The apartment is listed for 4 people stay but can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a double bed that can be split into two single beds on request. There is also two pull-out sofa bed in the lounge room. Extra costs apply for guests over 4.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis this property has everything you would expect from a star rated service apartment. In fact, “Somerset on Elizabeth” operates 5-star rated serviced apartments from the bottom 10-floors of this same building. We manage several apartments on the top section of the same building, with apartments with same layouts! Please note, that we are not part of this hotel chain. As you know our motto is to provide you “Alternative Home, rather than an alternative to a hotel room”.

Secure, undercover Car parking available in a nearby building. This requires to be booked in advance and will cost $40 per night. Size restriction to the vehicle applicable.

Late check-in (After 10PM) will charge A$ 25 per stay

Great location! We are enjoy our stay

Kris were very welcoming, their apartment was beautiful, the views were incredible, location just right, and it all made my stay really lovely! Everything was just as described at the place and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever! They were very helpful with things like public transport and restaurants etc, and easy to chat to, but were also fine to let you do your own thing and gave you your own space.

The location is top notch, trams and trains at the door and a short walk to the main parts of the city. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends, and will hopefully be back again to stay.

Stay for long term feel very comfortable

I would say this Apartment is highly worth it. It provides you a towel, nice linen and clean atmosphere. You have all the necessary utilities you can expect in the kitchen, it is always clean and neat and the other guests were quiet, respectful and friendly. the host is very friendly and service minded.

They gave us complimentary cleaning every week.

They made my stay much easier and pleasant. I would recommend this Apartment whether if it is for a short or long term. Take it, you won't regret it

Dirty, uncomfortable, damaged. Not as advertised

Damage everywhere we looked. Window would not close - 10cm wide ALL THE TIME, so very noisy. Wifi connection did not exist. Out of date milk provided. Toilet ran THE WHOLE TIME. Bad smell under the sink. Oven filthy. Toaster would not work. Beds uncomfortable. Single quilt cover supplied to use on a queen quilt for the sofa.The WiFi did not work - the connection never came up.

The Playstation controllers batteries were flat - no use, and there were no spare batteries left anywhere.

The milk that was left for our use was out of date.

The condition of the place was terrible - not at all what was advertised - the filthy walls, blinds, flooring was disgusting.

Timber flooring was coming apart.

The toilet runs constantly.

There was a thick layers of dust on top of the doors and over the walls that we first though was mould.

Someone -owner or manager needs to go to that apartment and have a look at the disgusting condition of the place, it seems to need a lot of work.

We are very disappointed that we decided to stay there - we did have other choices but chose to stay at your apartment and deeply regret it.

They call this building "Absolute CBD", which I guess is spot on. One cannot get more central than this to Melbourne CBD. We had a very comfortable stay at Anchor on Elizabeth at a rate perhaps half of what we used to pay to another serviced apartment provider operating in the same building - Somerset. This is a new and nice find for us and we will keep coming back every time we visit Melbourne, which we seem to do almost monthly on work. I had a mixed stay of work + holiday, with a few meetings in the city and children with me. I think the location and features within the building/apartment (for example unlimited WiFi internet, FOXTEL, full cooking facilities, swimming pool & gym etc) enabled us to enjoy our leisure time fully while working at the same time. Wii be back!

Nice apartment and great location. We are 6 girls from Wellington visited Melbourne for our annual shopping expedition! The apartment is perfectly located with all the Burke street & other CBD shopping centers within 2-5 minutes walk. So many dining and entertainment options available nearby, so much so during the 4 days we stayed at this place, we never ate at the same place twice, nor did we take any public or private transport. Good one!
