With a magnificent Surf Beach at the end of the street, this premium holiday home boasts fantastic Swan Bay views from the dining and family rooms and the main deck. It's sleek & spacious modern design combines contemporary living with classic beach house themes. The large outdoor entertaining deck area on ground level includes a powerful endless spa tucked in beneath a Bali hut (max 6 people) and a sauna that seats 5 people. There are 3 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a large garage. A beautiful secluded beach is only 2 minutes walk away. Also it is just a few minutes walk to the local licensed general store and the V/Line and MotoGP Shuttle bus stop.
Entry level : Master bedroom with en-suite, the main bathroom and another two bedrooms including a "kids" room with two double bunks and a night light. The formal living room which doubles as a home theatre room has an LED Smart TV, Blu-Ray Player, retractable screen, projector and a Bose surround sound. It also has it's own reverse cycle air conditioner. There is a fold out single bed stored in the linen cupboard off this room.
From the formal living room walk upstairs to the main living area which includes the family and dining areas and the kitchen. Here there is a 55" wall mounted LED Smart TV, a Blu-ray player with lots of DVDs, a stereo system that can play CDs and an MP3 player input, a reverse cycle air conditioner and a very cosy gas log fire. From here you can step out to a large deck with a BBQ and fantastic views of Swan Bay and Churchill Island.
Using Netflix on the smart TVs with the free internet access provided you can easily stream movies or episodes of series by following the intuitive and simple menu prompts on the TVs. Netflix Australia is provided for your use. Although there are other services to which you can subscribe to watch current release movies, many sites such as iView offer free content.
From the main living area walk downstairs to the 3rd living area where there is another wall mounted TV, Xbox, DVD Player and a pool table (with pool and snooker balls) with a table tennis table top that can be fitted over it. There is a fold out double divan couch and an Ottoman that folds out to a single bed. From here you can step out to a third decking area which provides access to the secluded outdoor SPA (Endless SPA) nestled under a Bali hut. We have recently added a sauna that seats 5 people, where you can relax and let the stresses of life melt away.
On this lower level there is also another bedroom with a queen size bed, a 3rd bathroom and the laundry with a top loading washing machine (with washing powder) and a dryer.
There is also a double lock up garage and two outdoor showers perfect for use before or after relaxing in the spa, the sauna or after returning from the nearby Surf Beach.
The secure backyard is ideal for children to kick around a ball or play backyard cricket. There is a swing set suitable for small children. Designed for children aged 3-9 years, weighing up to 34 kg (one per seat simultaneously). The Tot Swing is designed for children aged 2-4 years.
The backyard is pet friendly with a good fence, a kennel, a tether point for a leash and a dog bed in the garage. Bowls are provided for food and water. Bags are provided to pick up the dog poo.
The location is ideal, providing convenient access to the whole island.

During race days there is a bus service to and from the race circuit. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the front door.

* 17 minutes drive to Phillip Island Penguin Parade and the Nobbies (16 kms)

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and loss of bond?.
Additional visitors are not permitted above and beyond those initially declared.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.
DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE
PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog).
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider ?leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.
Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.
HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.
