COUNTRY LIFESTYLE BUNDALONG RETREAT

On offer - for those who appreciate quality accommodation and suitable only for mature minded adults - this upmarket house offers everything a holiday maker could possibly want. Stunning elevated waterfront views with three tiered grass area levels sprawling down to the river’s edge where you can safely moor your boat day and night ready for a day of skiing. This property is ideal for skiers, fishermen or for those who just want to unwind in luxury.

About the Area:

~ Bundalong Tavern just two minutes away. The Tavern has a warm family atmosphere, and the meals are great.

~ Bundalong General Store is across the road from the Bundalong Tavern. It sells unleaded petrol as well as a variety of grocery items, papers, fishing tackle and Take Away Food

~ Yarrawonga/Mulwala offers shopping, clubs, pubs, golf courses, antiques and unique gift shops and many other attractions, at only a 10 minute drive from the Bundalong village.

~ Lake Mulwala offers a tranquil setting for all water activities. Bundalong, where the Ovens meet the Murray River, has a choice of 4 boat ramps.

~ Rutherglen and the famous wine growing region, just 10 minutes from Bundalong village and provides for a great day of tasting and touring.

THE PROPERTY

Large open plan double lounge room, dining room and kitchen are designed to fully maximise the water views. Heaps of room to relax and entertain. Following on from the large kitchen/dining area, you move through to a formal lounge area which has the ambience of a wood fire place which then flows into a further lounge area. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hotplate, all crockery and utensils etc. The home is cooled in summer months by the ducted evaporative cooling

The exterior of the home is pure entertainment with its large undercover alfresco dining area and BBQ facilities and landscaped gardens makes for an inviting way to spend many a relaxing holiday, day or night. There is ample room for car and boat parking with its carport and large driveway. This is an exceptional property which will give many hours of enjoyment through anytime of the year.

The home features - 3 double bedrooms

1. Master bedroom is generous in size, with King-size bed, ensuite bathroom & stunning view of the Oven’s River.

2. The second bedroom is located opposite the main bathroom includes bath and separate shower and separate toilet.

3. Third bedroom is complete with ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioner. Both are double sized rooms, have queen-size beds, pleasant views to the outside gardens and all three bedrooms are fitted with built in robes.

Separate Laundry with automatic washing machine and ironing facilities.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & WHAT TO BRING

This well maintained, private home with all the mod cons and comfort (not typically used for rental) suitable for mature, responsible adults with a maximum of three couples or six adults. This property is not suitable for those who have no respect for other people or their property.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

All bookings commence at 2:00pm and finish at 10:00am unless other arrangements are made.

CONDITIONS:

Maximum of 6 adults allowed to stay at property overnight. No children (unless prior arrangements are made with the owner), NO pets allowed and definitely no smoking in the house. No caravans or tents allowed on the premises. Anyone found breaching this will forfeit entire bond and will have to leave immediately. Any damage to the property, it's contents or missing items (whether accidental or malicious) will also be deducted from the bond.

We are interested in establishing quality clientele and offer discounts for repeat bookings. We are negotiable on period of stays. We take great pride and respect with this home so all applicants will be screened before considered and accepted for stay.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION:

Once confirmation of your booking is received, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure and hold your booking.

The balance including the bond is required seven days prior to your arrival. This is also non-refundable if for any reason you cancel your booking within this seven day period, unless another booking is secured for that same period, then a $50 cancellation fee applies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

All beds are supplied with linen, doonas, pillows etc, although if prefered you may supply your own. Kitchen will have tea towels supplied. You will need to supply your own towels. Cleanning fee of $120 is payable per stay which covers house cleaning etc.

Your bond will be refunded after an inspection is carried out of the property, usually within a week.
