This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lavish apartment on the 18th floor has stunning city views from the living room and bedrooms, both rooms extending onto an indoor balcony with glass louvres. Both large bedrooms have the option of either king beds or 2 single (twin beds), with there being an extra single bed in a smaller study room for the 5th person. The open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable lounge suite and a 6-seater dining setting is perfect for socialising.

Being perfectly located only a 5-minute walk to the corner of Flinders and Spencer Streets in the Melbourne Central Business District (CBD) and only 100 metres to the World Trade Centre, the South Wharf DFO (Direct Factory Outlet shopping centre), the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, Crown Casino and the Southbank restaurant and entertainment precinct, this apartment is all about location and is perfect for corporate or family stays! Being situated in a free tram zone, it is easy to travel to all of Melbourne’s major attractions, with the City Circle tram and route 70 stopping directly out the front of the building.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum stay is 3 nights. Melbourne Holiday Apartments has a strict no smoking, pets, or party policy.
