This inviting, timber original beach house is one of our most popular pet friendly homes. Charming and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool, it is all on one level and located in quiet, leafy, central Depper Street.

A much loved property which is enjoyed year after year by families returning to their piece of paradise here in Sunshine Beach.

A small set of stairs at the entry are easy to negotiate making it easily accessible for those needing a property that is all on one level. The fully fenced grounds are great for the kids or the furry family members. Lovely tropical palms at the front and a sunny grassed area at the rear. Recently repainted and with newly renovated bathrooms this orignal cottage retains its charm and cosy vibe.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Back for a second time

I was keen to return to this place after staying there 2 years ago. It just ticks all the boxes for a holiday stay. My Mum, my dog and I had a lovely relaxing time this time around.

Great location

Great house, very clean and comfortable with a very well equiped kitchen. The bed was really comfy. It had a great matress and quality linen - always important! We loved there were two entertainment areas, one in the front and one in the back, both very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. Just a short stroll to the beach and local cafes and restaurants and a short drive to larger shopping precinct. Loads of areas to go for walks close to the house. The only thing lacking were clothes hangers (come on - they are so cheap) and a couple of lounge chairs for around the pool. Oddly it was only fenced and gated on one side of the back deck which meant dogs and kids could go underneath the house which is potentially quite dangerous. We got around this by making a temporary barrier for our small dogs. Overall we loved our stay and will definately be back, it was a great stay

Awesome holiday home

We loved our time in this great home. Comfortable beds, plenty of options for outdoor relaxing and everything was provided that you need for a getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house and perfect location

Wonderful relaxing pet friendly beach house with pool. Perfect location to beach and shops. Only reason it’s not rated 5 stars is that the main bedroom photos have not been updated since property renovations - no door from the main bedroom to back deck, no tv or air con in main bedroom. Otherwise a great property, I highly recommend
