About this property

Just so you know.
This condo is for 2 adults only.
A pet is allowed with a fee of $2.00 per day each.
If you do have pet/s, please pay the deposit/s as you pay for the stay fees.
We now have a 31 days minimum stay.
This is a first floor unit, ( ground level ) there are no stairs to worry about. Covered free parking just steps away. The condo/apartment has a 43” TV with standard cable package, a USB port for your Amazon / netflix with your membership, and we have a very good WIFI. You will find foot rests under the TV / couch table. There is a remote for the bedroom fan / light on the left side of the bedroom door wall. There is a lot of storage space. Full closet in the bedroom. We have added a small TV screen that plays DVDs in the bedrooms. The bedroom does not have cable.

For your convenience, we have added blackout curtains in the bedroom.
There are 2 small extra storage cabinets in the bathroom for more storage.
The closest public swimming pool / jacuzzi are just around the building.
There is a deli with the gas station across the street. (steps away)
We require a copy of your driver’s license before you check into the condo.
We ask you to supply that information 7 days prior to your check-in date, via text to us.

Comfortable Condo

The condo we arrived at was very comfortable for 2 people. It was well supplied and clean. We loved being so close to Palm Springs, we were able to bike and take walks daily. Enjoyed our stay, thank-you

Our stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nancy & Yves' condo. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was just right, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The only thing I found missing was a few food storage containers, but I easily improvised. The condo is across the street from the tram road, which we would walk up and back most mornings for some great exercise. The wildflowers were blooming, so made it even better. This was our first time in Palm Springs. There is so much to do! My husband would drop me off in town, while he went golfing, so I explored the town - the artwork, shops, museums, neighborhoods, and people. There is so much history there! We also went on some great hikes in the area. Fun time. Thank you, Nancy and Yves for sharing your cute condo with us!

Comfortable spot in warm Palm Springs.

We like this property. The condo is well lit, and has a nice amount of table space for doing projects. Convenient location. Lovely hot tub and nice sitting area around the pool.

Nancy and I are the owners of this rental condo located in Palm Springs.
Nancy and I love walking at the ocean in our are in San Diego.
We love bowling and golfing. Nancy has a few bunko nights a month and knitting club meeting every week. We are members of Orfila Winery in Escondido, it's always nice going there and enjoying the people and the views. We have enjoyed our pass tenants at the condo Palm Springs very much and welcome you to stay.

Our property is located on the ground floor with covered parking nearby. All the ecentials are supplied as far as the needed pots and pans, silverware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and coffee. Fully furnished, queen bed, bedroom ceiling fan with light and remote, bedding, towels. TV with standard channel package and high speed WIFI.
A DVD player in the bedroom.

What makes this property unique

This property is well located, just 2 1/2 miles from downtown Palm Springs. It is located on the ground floor very near the free parking. A buss stop to go downtown is a 7 minutes walk away. We do enjoy many fabulous local restaurents , many to choose from.
