This beautiful beach house has recently undergone a significant renovation and is perfectly position backing onto the Bronte Gully with views over Bronte Beach. Residents can stroll out the back gate and walk less than 5 min down to Bronte Beach.

A leisurely stroll on the coastal path will take you to Bondi and Tamarama one way or Coggee beach the other in twenty minutes. The city only twenty minutes away with Bondi Junction shopping centre less than 5 min drive away.

The home is perfect for a family and has kids bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. There is a lovely entertaining area off the kitchen that opens onto the Heated Pool.

The property is equipped with all the modern conveniences and facilities that the one would desire in a modern beach house.

Gourmet Kitchen equipped with Miele Appliances including 2 fridges, dishwasher, drinks fridge, steamer, microwave, ovens and breakfast bar with stools

Large Kids Rumpus room with 50in Plasma TV in the front of house. This room can be closed off for privacy or to reduce noise when kids are watching TV or playing.

2 1/2 Bathrooms (guest bathroom has a bath and shower). Plus an outdoor shower

Heated Swimming pool with sitting area. Pool can be viewed from Kitchen.

Cleaning fee of $200 per week.

BOOKINGS

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE A MINIMUM of 7 NIGHTS.

This is a beautifully maintained home, fully furnished and detailed appropriately. So, we require a Security Bond of $AUD1000 at Check-In. This is repaid to the Guest at Check-Out following an inspection of the property,although the Property Owner is entitled to deduct any reasonable and lawful costs incurred as a result of the Guest not adhering to the following Agreement.

THE GUEST AGREES WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER:

1. To maintain and leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition. If not, then additional cleaning may be charged at cost.

2. That the premises will not be used for any purpose other than as residential accommodation and that no more than the number of people specified in the Guest's email application will be residing.

3. STRICTLY no parties or functions or gatherings of any kind are to be held without the written consent of Property Owner.
