This is the perfect mountain retreat in summer or winter. Located on Peak 7, this home is situated in a private, forested setting with mountain views. The home is fully remodeled-equipped with a wood burning stove. From the comfortable bedrooms to the modern kitchen and amazing outdoor space, this home is perfect for your mountain vacation. This home has a large deck with gas BBQ and a shared outdoor hot tub (it is shared with the duplex tenants). In the winter, you can be on the slopes in minutes and in summer take advantage of nearby hiking, walking and biking trails or enjoy barbecuing on the spacious deck. The dining room has seating for 6 and 2 at the bar. Featured amenities include an in-home washer dryer, propane BBQ, large deck, and a shared outdoor hot tub (Subject to availability)

Both bedrooms of Peak Seven Cottage have been updated with NEW mattresses! This home has a queen master suite. The second bedroom features two twin beds. There are additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa, also NEW in the upper living area/loft.

GETTING AROUND:
This home is located on Peak 7. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guest can drive to the free parking lot on airport road and take the shuttle to the Breck Connect Gondola or can drive to the pay lot located at the gondola. It is a 5 minute drive to the free parking and 7-8 minutes to the gondola lot.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

Great Mountain Retreat
Perfect for family mountain getaway! Close to so many activities. Hot tub after a long day on the slopes was perfect! Had all the amenities you could want.

Great house in Breckenridge!
We stayed here recently with our son and his fiancee and two other friends and had a wonderful time. The house is up in the hills in a quiet residential area, with plenty of opportunities for spotting wildlife and wildflowers in the backyard off the deck. (A moose and a fox were our regular visitors.) It was completely comfortable and well-supplied for our visit, especially the kitchen. We took advantage and cooked some great meals there! We also made good use of the deck and hot tub. The upstairs living room was a cozy place to gather in the evenings or on a rainy day. All this, and we were only a short drive from Breckenridge and all its attractions. Just a few suggestions -- the sliding door and screen door to the porch need to be replaced. We had to call the property manager twice to get them to come and fix the screen door, and all they did was put it back on the track, which we had done ourselves. The glass door is extremely hard to open and close. Also, the hot tub cover didn't stand up when we took it off, as the instructions had said, so it was a bit awkward. Finally, for full comfort, it would be great to have an umbrella on the deck table. And possibly a bigger table that seats 6. But other than that, a terrific place that enhanced our vacation.

Good vacation destination
Enjoyed our stay! Be sure to drive up to Blue lake and see the mountain goats! While we were at the house 2 bull moose and one female moose walked right behind the deck! The rental was a good place to relax after a day out and about.

Great cost effective property!
Stayed here for approximately a week. Clean, but needs some minor attention to windows/sliding doors/screens as they have aged and aren’t in tip top shape anymore. Would definitely recommend!
