About the property

Recently renovated and conveniently located 2 bedroom apartment in a small quiet secure complex. The apartment which is non smoking, is allergy friendly with fresh floorboards throughout. The unit is a spacious getaway for 1 or 2 people, or will comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. This apartment is not suitable for children under six years old.

Beautiful, spacious and fresh apartment with high ceilings, new furniture and high quality linen and towels.

The apartment is within a secure, quiet complex with undercover, secure parking for one vehicle.

The apartment consists of a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen in a large living/dining area. Facilities include a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooktop. Other items include extensive cookware and utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a Krupps electric mixer/blender.

Dining area off the kitchen seats 6 people, and the adjoining lounge is tastefully appointed with leather lounge suites, coffee table and entertainment equipment including flat screen television and DVD video player. The owners have provided an extensive collection of DVDs, videos, books and games for your enjoyment and a mini-hifi with auxiliary input.

Free wi-fi is included and there is a convenient landline phone and answering machine for local calls only.

The newly painted downstairs area includes a separate laundry room with a new Ariston washer/dryer and a convenient second toilet.

All year comfort is assured with reverse-cycle air conditioners in the living room and in both bedrooms to provide heating and cooling.

In the freshly painted upstairs area you will find the two light and airy bedrooms separated by a modern sparkling bathroom.

The master bedroom contains a new queen-sized bed with a large walk in wardrobe.

The second bedroom contains 2 new single beds that can be configured:

2 Long Single beds suitable for children and adults;

1 Kingsize bed;

3 single beds

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet with vanity. A hairdryer is wall mounted for your convenience.

Fresh linen and towels (including several spare beach towels if you forget) are provided.

Leading off the indoor living area is a spacious courtyard which includes a shaded deck with outdoor setting, a gas bar-b-cue and a foldaway washing line if you would prefer to dry your clothes naturally. The water feature adds a tranquil ambience and the beautiful shade sails provide protection from the sun while allowing plenty of natural light into the living areas.

Access and Locale

Mosman Park is easily accessible by road being around 35-45 minutes drive from Perth's Domestic and International Airport, or around 25 minutes from Perth City. Taxis are readily available from the airport.

If you are driving, there is the convenience of a secure and covered parking space. This is accessible from a lane at the rear of the apartment complex.

The Squash Court Apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, shops, restaurants and between the fabulous beach and picturesque Swan River.

Within 2 minutes walking is Mosman Park Station on the Fremantle to Perth train line. Approximate travel time from Mosman Park to Perth city is 20 minutes to the North, and historical Fremantle is less than 10 minutes South.

Buses also run from Perth to Fremantle along Stirling Highway with stops within 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Within a few minutes walking distance are several nearby restaurants offering a range of delicious alternative for a night off cooking. Alternatively, within 5 minutes walk up St Leonards Street there is a shopping centre with a Coles Supermarket, specialty gourmet butcher, fruit and vegetable shop. There is also a Bakers Delight which opens every day from 6:00am for fresh bread, croissants and pastries if you're feeling indulgent.

A few minutes drive away are the prestigious Cottesloe and Claremont shopping and restaurant precincts.

10 minutes walk away is the fabulous Mosman Beach with scenic walks to Cotteloe Beach to the North and Leighton Beach to the South. Restaurants and cafe's are in abundance along the stunning coast line which is a favourite for kite surfers, surfers and swimmers.

Alternatively, pack a picnic and your champers and head in the opposite direction to take in the buzz of activities on the beautiful Swan River. Keep your eye out and you may spot a dolphin or two.

Bond and Fees

Please note there is a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit (Bond) required which is refunded three days after your departure.
