holiday
The property was in a good location. However the house was poorly maintained, lamps didn't work, sofas had a strong smell and were grubby. Previous tenants had left toys lying around and general cleanliness was poor. Also found broken glass when we were cleaning up.
Lucky enough to get this home in the April school holidays. Located on a quiet street less than a minute walk from Abbey Beach, the house is an older style but has everything you need for a family holiday. And pet friendly too! Will be back for sure
Great location. Everything available. Bunk beds a bit too dusty to sleep and very thin mattress on bunks, but otherwise other beds comfortable and house very functional.

Why they chose this property
This property is a classic original 1970s retro style beach house which is well maintained, neat and clean. Being so close to the beach is an added advantage and its exceptionally well located down south allowing easy access to everything in the area. This property is attractively priced for the larger groups and families, but still very affordable for the smaller groups or couples.
What makes this property unique
The location and pricing in comparison to others on the market. The property contains all the basics you will need for a comfortable stay. From fully equipped kitchen, games, tv and videos to BBQ and outdoor entertaining. This is your home away from home.
