This apartment is a second floor, one bed one bath. it is attached to my other property listed here at 911242 which is a beautiful two bed two bath . I only mention that in case you are a group looking for a bigger place. THIS place is big at roughly 900 to 1000 sq ft. it has a full kitchen with all appliances , a big bedroom with a king bed, brand new airco , a big flat screen tv , full American satellite tv and wifi. the place is not a showcase for sure. the décor is dated and the living room is dominated by an extremely comfortable but pretty ugly red leather couch that I forgot to change when I had the chance. having said that , all the appliances and the bed are solid and the place is fully equipped. the bed , airco and a lot of other stuff is brand new. so... why pick this place over others ?
1) we give you a lot for your money. there is full internet, 250 channel satellite tv , lots of sheets and towels , washer /dryer , private parking if you rent a car , and really good security.
2) the location is spectacular. you are a couple hundred yards from the best beach, the best restaurants, a bit further to the casino's and everything else you could possibly want.
3) it's cheap. at 100 a day with no high season prices and no exclusion dates its a hell of a deal.

4) 100 a day is it. come for a week pay 700 , and don't trash the place then that's all you will pay. the resort across the street charges more than twice that and then when you check out suddenly there are 10 % this and 15 % that and wifi fees and all sorts of stuff that jacks your bill up. I don't do any of that.
so... here's the bottom line... if you can live without granite counter tops and solid cherry cabinets and new high end furniture and simply want a great place to nest at night after day out and around, then this is your place. you are dealing directly with the owner and I pick you up at the airport and deliver you back there after your stay. that saves you 50 bucks in taxis and no absentee management in case theres a problem.
and you're gonna love the couch...
