We are located in the heart of Fremantle City centre. No need for a car, walk, ride a bike, hire a scooter, catch a free Cat bus, the train or walk to the Rottnest ferry terminal. If you do have a car, we have free parking for one vehicle. Our car park is at the rear of the complex on Josephson Street.

This is a fully equipped, one bedroom, apartment with ensuite (shower, toilet and basin), separate lounge and the well equipped kitchen has been updated too! There is a quality, queen size bed and a large built in robe. Maximum 2 adults. Our tariff is all inclusive so NO HIDDEN 'EXTRAS' FEES etc.

We meet and greet all of our guests, with the keys, at the apartment complex, at YOUR nominated time so NO MESSY KEY PICK UP OR DROP OFF in other suburbs. We demonstrate the building and car park secutiry and show you to your apartment.

This property has REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING, NON-SMOKING and has many little comforts. We also have two other apartments in this building - Freo Espresso and Fremantle Flat White.

CHILDREN: We are so sorry, under Fremantle City Council rules relating to our registration, we CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN UNDER 16 years. Two adults maximum. Guests who break this rule risk being turned away at check in without refund.

Longer stays of more than 14 nights attract further discounts please ask.

Free WIFI is not available in the apartment however, it is provided throughout the city centre by the Fremantle City Council and can be accessed from the town square (100m). Electrical power points (adapters are available in the apartment for most conversions) are provided by the city outside the Town Hall. Look for FREBytes in your network connections. 2 hour access 100mb of upload and 100mb download during each 2 hour session. There is a Telstra wifi hotspot at the front of this complex that can sometimes be picked up from inside our apartments.

A Telstra 'hotspot' and pay phone are located in the front of the building on Adelaide Street. Reverse charge calls (local and international) can be made from this phone.

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we NEVER request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

This apartment is located on the 5th floor of the tallest building in the city centre. Two lifts take you to your floor. Both balconies, front and rear, are open so you can watch ships coming and going within the working port.

The apartment is within walking distance of Fremantle's 'Cappuccino Strip', popular pubs and micro breweries (including Little Creatures), conference venues, movie theatres, weekend markets, fishing boat harbour restaurants and loads of other entertainment facilities. On your doorstep you will find The Loft Cafe on Adelaide Street serving delicious Thai food at very reasonable cafe prices. Around the corner on Point Street the Vivisen will tempt you with delightful, contemporary Chinese food with a modern twist. A 7 Eleven convenience store is also located nearby.

You can see the Target department store as well as Woolworths and Coles supermarkets from the balconies. Centrally located in the heart of Fremantle's business district, this apartment is situated near most major banks, ATMs, trusted money changers and a very reliable tourist information centre. Close to Fremantle hospital and Notre Dame University. Fremantle public golf course is also only minutes away by car.

Only a few minutes walk to the Rottnest ferry terminal, aquatic centre, art museum, Old Fremantle Jail (now a museum), High Street shopping mall, tourist tram, the Round House, Maritime museum, E-Shed weekend markets, Fishing Boat Harbour, internet cafes and mobile phone stores.

Just a short stroll (500 meters) to trains and buses that take you to the Perth CBD. A free 'CAT' bus runs regularly within the Fremantle city area and these buses include free transport to many popular Fremantle tourist destinations. The nearset stop is 200 meters from this apartment in Queen Street. St Patrick's Catholic Church is within walking distance as is St John's Anglican Church.

The apartment is located in a large residential block and therefore, it should be noted, that guests will need to be mindful of their neighbours, keeping noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm.

A coin operated, communal laundry is located on site, on the ground floor.

We will need to know your arrival time in Fremantle so that we can meet you with the keys. We also need to know if you are arriving by car or taxi as this affects where we meet you with the keys! The car park is at the rear of the building on Josephson Street, Fremantle. We meet and greet all of our guests so there will be no mishaps at check in.

Free Cruise Ship Terminal transfers are available to and from the terminal with a minimum of 7 days notice. Please mention this on your booking request if you need this service.

If you are coming from Perth airport by cab, ask the driver to take you to Fremantle via Tonkin and Leach Highways. This is the most direct route. The jouney is 30kms and should cost AU$65-$75 (up to $80 on a Sunday).

This property may not suit guests who suffer from a fear of heights (acrophobia). Please study all pics before booking.

This is STRICTLY a NON-SMOKING property. The over use of purfumes, deoderant or air fresheners will NOT cover cigarette smells and will only make the problem worse for incoming guests. Extra cleaning fees of $100 apply to guests who ignore this rule. Once your booking is confirmed it is assumed by the owners that you agree to this specific condition of your stay.
