Beach and spectacular views are a five minute walk including a rock pool - ideal for the family, as well as a fabulous surf beach protected by a life-saving club in summer months. A very safe area with parks and play equipment for children. There are beautiful walks at Cape Paterson and around its beaches.

There is much to do for a family holiday. Cape Paterson boasts fantastic surf beaches,
an inlet beach with a rock pool. Great locations for fishing or boating. The city of Wonthaggi is only a ten minute car ride away wih all the major supermarkets and some others, hotels,
the RSL and restaurants/cafes, shops etc. There is also the local coal mine tour in Wonthaggi. Phillip Island is a half-hour drive.

It is also ideal for a couple's week-end away. The area is quiet and energising. Cape Paterson has a Tavern and a general store. There is a drive along the ocean coast to Inverloch.
