Privacy assured. Modern apartment in a modern building a stone’s throw from all Kiama has to offer. With a hop, skip and jump you are onto the main street in Kiama's boutique "West End". Just across the road from the League’s Club, Supermarket and so much more. Having said that this first floor unit, at the rear of the building is quiet and secluded.

Approx 40 square metres (HUGE!) of wrap around garden balcony soaks up the afternoon sun, making it a perfect oasis for an afternoon nap or drinks.

Perfectly friendly for mobility limited guests. There is a lift from the secure carpark beneath the building or from the level street entry.

Timber laminate floors throughout make it suitable for those with allergies.

Secure undercover parking within building.

Secure caged parking can be made available for boat / jetskis / trailer AND car!

Day spa downstairs.

Air conditioned.
