Why Pearl Carpenter chose Arizona

Prescott is fun with many activities in all seasons. The temperatures are mild.

The proximity to other Arizona communities is excellent.

What makes this chalet unique

We love relaxing on the front porch with a good book and we especially enjoy the beautiful starry skies on a warm summer evening! We love our location. We can walk into town shop and enjoy dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.

Guestbook comments from the manager

We had such a wonderful stay this past month. The one bedroom chalet was so comfortably outfitted and convenient to so many fun things in Prescott. Thank you for a lovely accommodation and all the thoughtful touches Pearl created everywhere.

We recently stayed at this property for four nights, it was as described in the advertisement.

The chalet was great, two blocks from Whiskey Row, close to many stores, restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well maintained with everything you needed if you preferred to stay in and have a home cooked meal. As for customer service, I tried to use the barbecue the first night but there was little heat, I called Pearl the next morning and she had it fixed by 3pm that day which was much appreciated. Both my wife and I were very happy with our choice of Pearl's property and have already recommended it to our friends.

Comfortable-Clean-Up-to-date-Relaxing

The place was so cute! It was clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable. Very close to Whiskey row so we enjoyed the hub bub of being in the center of town but could also enjoy the solitude of the chalet. Pearl is a wonderful host and has a in depth knowledge of Prescott. Pearl is truly a gem, just like her name. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent accomodation, convenient for downtown Prescott

  • 5 of 5

We actually had stayed in this chalet a year ago, and liked it so much that we decided to come back this year. It is modern and very well maintained, with new or nearly new appliances and fixtures. The TV and internet work well. The owner even went to the trouble of buying stainless steel pots for our use after we had requested these last year. I suppose if you want to find something a little awkward, it was the fact that the bathroom (very nice shower, good water pressure and hot water temperature) is on the lower level, while the very comfortable bed is on the upper level. But we got used to that. The location is great as well, and is within easy walking distance of "Whiskey Row" and the antiques and curio shops, as well as many restaurants. You will also find a large Staples and Walgreens in the nearby Depot Marketplace. The large supermarket that was there last year closed, but is going to be replaced with another food store called "Sprouts" by next year.

A very pleasant experience!

  • 5 of 5

Upon our arrival, Pearl greeted us with a welcoming smile.

We went over the policy and she indicated that if we had any issues or problems to contact her immediately.

The chalet is absolutely beautiful and within walking distance to downtown Prescott.

Restaurants are by the dozen and close walking distance. Shopping stores are close walking distance as well.

The photo online matched exactly to this chalet.

This is a very well maintained and all amenities were updated.

We highly recommend that if you are looking for a quaint little place to stay in Prescott, contact Pearl.

We have already spoke with our friends and family about this little gem!

We will be returning again at least a couple more times this year!

We spent 4 nights here in May. It was very easy to contact the owner when ever we had a question. I could tell that the owners were very available and service oriented. That is priceless.

The property is very close to downtown but yet not on a busy street. It was very quiet in the evening.

We could tell that the owner loves to maintain a very clean home and that was certainly appreciated my us.

There is a front porch and a back yard patio area with a gas grill.

Not only would I recommend this property but I would love to come back.. In fact, I wish we would have stayed a week as there is so much to do in Prescott and the people are very friendly. I would love just to have had more time to sit on the porch and have coffee.

There are so many places to eat. I recommend Bill's for pizza. We didn't go out to eat very much because the kitchen was lovely and we came to Prescott to visit our son, so I enjoyed having come over for home cooked meals.
