This beautiful self-contained, fully furnished two bedroom apartment is conveniently located on Whitehorse Road in the heart of leafy Balwyn. Your stay will be private and peaceful in this boutique block of only 3 apartments.

All of the convenience you need. The apartment is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and parklands. Woolworths supermarket is just a 2 minute walk and Palace Cinemas is an easy 5 minute walk. The tram is at your door and it is only 10 km direct to the CBD or a short ride to Box Hill Hospital, Box Hill Tafe and Box Hill Shopping Centre.

The apartment has a main bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Other features include reverse cycle air-conditioning, free WiFi, 40 inch LCD television, DVD player, comfortable leather couch, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, washing machine and ironing board. Also provided are tea & coffee and shampoo & conditioner.

Great location

We had a lovely stay at Marks & Marinas apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s a great size with lots of cupboard space. A great location . Thanks for letting us stay. Emillia & Alex

Close to everything. Friendly. Stair were a bit worrying for children. Clean. Kitchen not over supplied with cooking utensils but not too bad. Comfortable and enjoyed staying here

The apartment's location was great, very accessible, right infront of the tram. Supermarket, chemist, coffee house, gas station and bakery are super close. New state of the art electronics. Clean neat and new linens. We really enjoyed our stay.
