The Sands Seaford is a 200 sq mt, 3 storey, 3 bedroom, fully equipped, self catering apartment, more like your own home with everything you will need for a very comfortable stay.. The top floor comprises the Master Suite with balcony offering sea and city views, full ensuite, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and is spacious enough to be used as a separate living area to give you some private time away from the family or friends.

The middle level is your living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances & everything you would require to self cater for your holiday/stay.
There is a 2nd balcony with views across the waters of Seaford Beach, which is renound as one of Melbourne's cleanest/safest beaches. Also on this level is the 2nd twin bedroom and full bathroom with bath tub.

On the ground floor is the 3rd twin bedroom, European style laundry, entrance hall and internal access to private double lock up garage.

With shops,restaurants/cafes & public transport within walking distance, a major supermarket within a km & large shopping complexes a short drive away, we are perfectly positioned for all your requirements.

Seaford, the Gateway to the Mornington Peninsula

The Mornington Peninsula has much to offer with a variety of beaches, wineries, restaurants and sight seeing to be explored.
The Queenscliff Ferry departs from Sorrento (only 40 minutes drive away) hourly each day and there are also various weekend markets on around the local areas.
Treat yourself to a delicious lunch or wine tasting at one/some of Victoria's best wineries on offer along this picturesque coastline.
In season, The Strawberry Farm at Main Ridge is the perfect place for fresh strawberries and decadent desserts.
Play a round of golf on one of the many scenic golf courses.
Take a punt at the Mornington, Cranbourne or Balnarring Race carnivals.
Visit Arthur's Seat for a breathtaking view along the Peninsula and up to Melbourne City.
Take a drive to Phillip Island, just over an hour away, to visit one of Victoria's main tourist attractions, The Fairy Penguin Parade and Seal Rocks & of course home to the Motorbike Grand Prix.

Excellent rental opportunity!!
We're from the US and rented this townhouse for a three week stay in late March to mid April, 2017 while visiting family and friends. This was our 5th visit in the past 4 years and this provided the best possible accommodations of all those trips. It was the perfect fit in so many ways as it was extremely close to our family, was an easy walk to the beach, shopping and basically all the services one might need on such an away trip. The townhouse itself was well equipped, extremely clean, easy to access and the three bedrooms perfectly accommodated us and other family members who joined us throughout our stay, allowing for more than ample privacy when needed. We also found the owners to be exceptionally pleasant to work with and very helpful in addressing any questions we had. We unreservedly recommend this for a rental opportunity and will likely lease it again on a future visit.

perfect location!
We stayed at the Sands Seaford in November 2016 and chose it because it is close to family who live 5 mins drive away. For anyone wanting to visit family but have their own space the house has all you need and more really with stunning views from the balcony especially the master suite balcony. Anyone wanting to visit the area, you have the beach across the road, shops a minutes walk away and a larger shopping are at Frankston 5 mins in the car. Perfect for exploring Victoria especially the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding area. House easily accommodates 6 people and the facilities are great, I went home with a clean suitcase of clothes thanks to the washing facilities when I got home! We met Greg and Liane who were laid back and have made sure that all is good as it can be for an easy comfortable stay. Hopefully see them again! A definite recommend!

Perfect location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So close to shops/cafés/supermarket/train station. Also conveniently located for the highway. Should we decide on relocating we would have no hesitation in staying again. Lovely to meet up with Greg and Liane. I believe if we had encountered any problems during our stay, the owners would have sorted them out very quickly. All in all a wonderful time was had by all our party. The beach over the road is stunning, a must do on your visit.
