Mt Lawley is ideally located close to the city with everything at your fingertips. It is dotted with parklands and all amenities are within walking distance- 3 mins around the corner to the bus, gym, hairdressers, drycleaner, video store, ATM, coffee, restaurants or take away foods of all descriptions. Trendy Inglewood Hotel for drinks or alacarte dining is 2 minutes walk around the corner. Mondo's 1 block away is buzzy, popular and trendy, niche market style event on Saturday mornings with gourmet foods, chemical free meats and organic produce for the health conscious-and amazing coffee and cakes too.

DISTANCES

Walk 2 mins to nearest Hotel, cafe, fuel

Supermarkets are close by - approx a 5 minute walk.

The bus to and fro the city is 2 minutes walk.

The train line is a 15 minute stroll, or a 2 min drive to park and ride.

The Terry Tyzack Community Centre is approx 30 mins (or 5 min drive) if you enjoy indoor or outdoor swimming, spa, sauna and also a gym.

Strictly no partying, events or large groups on the premises. As this is a quiet family residential area, Noise affecting neighbours is to be considered at all times and particularly from 7pm onwards as sounds are amplified at this time.

Please limit your visitors to a few at a time. Large groups or party type events can easily be catered for at the many and varied venues such as pubs, restaurants or parks, conveniently located within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive from your accommodation.

Last minute additional guests may need owner approval and need to be added to the booking.

Quality Accommodation in Perth

My husband and I loved our 3-night stay in the Garden Apartment at Mt Lawley. It had everything we needed, and more. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and within easy walking and driving distance of shops and public transport. Our host Lina gave us privacy, but was there to answer any questions we had (and loan us scales to weigh our baggage!) Would definitely stay here again, quality accommodation in an ideal location.

Very nice

No issues with property, very comfortable. Only suggestion would be an upgrade of the queen mattress. Still comfortable enough though.

Great place for small family

Great location, close to bus system and relatively close to the city. Property well equipped for a basic stay with family. Property owner lives in apartment above which was handy if we needed her for anything.

Our host was friendly, most helpful, gracious and considerate of our needs. The property is in excellent condition, with full amenities for discerning guests and is a restful, private retreat. The garden is stunning , peaceful and rejuvenating. Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A luxury stay on many levels. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Absolutely perfect.

It is a beautifully decorated apartment with very comfortable beds. Location was close to supermarket, hotel, bus stop, restaurants but the area was also very quiet. Highly recommended.

We stayed four nights at Mt Lawley. The property is clean and quiet. Restaurants, bus to CBD and shopping nearby. Lina is very friendly and helpful.
