The apartment is the second story of a beautiful modern home and is ideal for both families, couples and corporate workers as it is in a lovely quiet leafy street and only a short stroll to the beaches, trendy cafes , restaurants , shops and bars.

At the end of the Cul de sac is a lovely childrens playground .

Nearby there is a train station which will take you to charming Fremantle or to the Perth CBD and many other fascinating locations.

There is also a bus stop within walking distance.

The Interior

Light and bright and immaculately presented with comfortable, high quality and tasteful furnishings which give you a great feeling of "relaxation" and of " being on holidays!"

There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a dining/ living area which has a large LCD TV, DVD, CD player and free Wireless Internet.

The Apartment has a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 2 King sized single beds and a study with a roll top desk and a settee which can be turned into another bed if necessary.

There is a cot and high chair available on request.

Modern bathroom with large shower and heated towel racks.

A large cupboard area within the bathroom which has a new washing machine and drier and iron and ironing board

A separate toilet with wash basin.

Reverse Cycle air - conditioning throughout.

All linen is provided and the Apartment will also be serviced weekly

The Outdoor Area

Double doors open out to a wonderful deck with a barbeque and comfortable chairs and a table where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful trees and garden or listen to the pounding waves of the ocean whilst enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks.
