Riverside Escape is relaxed, contemporary Sanctuary Cove living. This home has an intimate feel with stunning rustic stone flooring to let you escape the daily grind. Superbly decorated you can feel like your finally spoiling yourself for this stay. You can enjoy everything the home has to offer while still having all you require such as restaurants, cafes and shops only a short golf buggy ride away.

LIVING AREAS:

The modern layout of the home maximises the flow of the house with an open living area, kitchen and dining with the lounge overlooking the sparkling pool and large covered alfresco. With the dining complete with a dreamy plush bench seat complete with stylish cushions why would you bother going out. For those needing some private time, there is also a secluded sitting area to catch up on some reading and enjoy a glass of wine.

KITCHEN:

The beautiful gourmet kitchen is a foodies dream with incredible marble benchtops and the perfect breakfast bar for four. To top it off the kitchen overlooks a private enclosed outdoor alfresco. The house was designed to entertain and enjoy.

BEDROOMS:

Continuing the intimate private feel of the house, the master bedroom overlooks the beautiful river with a large private balcony featuring a comfortable day bed. Complete with a spa bath and dual sinks in your private ensuite, now you’re enjoying your dreamy getaway. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also located upstairs with an adjoining bathroom and featuring soft romantic stylings.

OUTDOORS:

Roll back the doors and step outside to your lovely outdoor entertaining area. The 6 seater dining table is a delight with the option to enjoy a drink on the poolside deck chairs. The alfresco overlooks the sparkling pool so you can enjoy that glass of wine while watching the kids have fun. Fire up the BBQ or try your hand at some fishing off your private pontoon. It’s all yours and you don't have to share it with anyone! Bring your boat and moor it on the pontoon.

LOCATION:

The home is located 3 minutes from the Sanctuary Cove Marina Village comprising of award winning Restaurants, Boutique shops, Cafes, Tavern with bottle shop, Chemist, Marinas and the renowned Intercontinental Hotel. Buggy access is also available to the Hope Island shopping complex enabling additional cafes and shopping options. The renowned Pines and Palms Golf Course of Sanctuary Cove is just a short buggy ride away.

The theme parks of Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet n Wild, White Water World and The Outback Spectacular are less than a 10 minute drive away.

The vibrant Surfers Paradise and golden beaches are within a 25 minute drive, with both Gold Coast (Coolangatta) and Brisbane airports approximately 40 minutes’ drive away.
