About the property

A 7 minute walk to the Modern Railway station to catch a train to Sydney City, airports and outer Sydney Region. Reach Sydney Central in 35 minutes or the airport in 25 minutes. If you feel like driving take the M5 motor way which takes the same amount of time but leave allowance for traffic.

The holiday home offers a unique Sydney stay experience within a open green space environment overlooking a large park.

The building is modern single story with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, walk in pantry, dining area, alfresco entertaining area, laundry, lock up garage, driveway and fully furnished to provide a modern, comfortable home away from home holiday experience.

The major supermarkets Woolsworth, Coles, Aldies and Target is located within 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the house.

The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning, has quality furnishings and is spotlessly clean. The ambient of the place of amazing relaxation and a sense of space and freedom as it is large gives sufficient privacy to accommodate 2 families with kids. It comfortably sleeps 8 - 10 persons. Good quality linen, bedding and towels are provided.

The main bedroom includes an en-suite overlooking the park with plenty of storage in the walk in robe including ceiling fans. It is furnished with very comfortable queen size bed, 2 bedside tables and a 3 seat sofa bed. The room is massive, light, airy and peaceful.

Entry to the house features a covered porch, long hall way with main bedroom on the right and large garage on the left. Further down is the lounge room with comfortable 2 seat sofa and 3 seat sofa, with 45inch TV, DVD player, stand lamp and two side lamps.

Along the hallway there are 2 large bedrooms with 2 comfortable single beds in each room with bed side table and lamps. These rooms have ample hanging space with large wardrobes and plenty of natural light and ceiling fans. The large bathroom with a bath tub, separate shower and toilet is next to these rooms.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave and adjoins the dining room with 6 seat dining and additional chairs for further 9 persons. The family room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 single seaters, 2 seat ottoman and opens out to the covered patio with beautiful gardens. The gardens have plenty of seats for eating out and relaxing.

The garden is fragrant with jasmine, rosemary and fragrant plant. There is a large grassed area for the children to run around.

The 4th bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. This room overlooks the back garden. Next to this room is the large laundry with broom cupboard, storage cupboards and fitted with iron and washing machine.

Extensive playground equipment and park for young and older children to enjoy is opposite the home. If you love tennis it is a walk across the park or to swim, the Aquatic centre is within 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive.

Location and Facilities

7 Minutes walk to the station to catch the train to Sydney or to the airport. Walk to the shopping centre where you have the local supermarkets approximately 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes by car.

Drive to the beaches in Coogee, Brighton-Le-Sands, Sans Souci, Cronulla or famous Bondi Beach are 25-40mins drive away with trendy amazing restaurants.

We are in the middle of sydney with excellent public transport and road systems to the Sydney Business District, South, North, West and East of Sydney and also to the greater Sydney if you are keen to visit our beautiful Blue Mountains. You can reach all these places within an hours drive.

35 minutes by train to Sydney Central and 40 minutes by car.
