This stylish, limestone townhouse is one of an exclusive group of four, built around a central courtyard. Gated security ensures safe parking for two cars within a peaceful enclave.

Luxury King pillowtop Bed- (split mattresses) for a perfect nights sleep. (This bed splits into 2 King singles should you require a total of 3 beds for your stay.)

Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Double en-suite, both bedrooms have direct access to the en-suite bathroom. NB no sliding doors, all doors are fully hinged.

Generous walk in wardrobes for all luggage. The double ensuite bathroom has a spa-bath, shower, and separate toilet.

Guest cloakroom room downstairs (ie. toilet & hand basin.)

Reverse cycle ducted air-con, with the natural insulation of limestone, enables comfortable year-round living.

At ground level an open-plan living and dining area looks out onto a small terraced garden through cedar French Doors. A separate study can isolate business from relaxation. The kitchen and laundry are fully-equipped, and there is a separate guest toilet. The property is tastefully furnished and equipped.

LOCATION:

Close to King Edward Maternity Hospital, 600m walk to the centre of Subiaco for shops, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants theatre, cinema and more.

Great all round

Excellent space, layout and facilities. I have used a few units like his and this is the first that has been properly clean on arrival. Location great with bus outside and easy walk to local shops, restaurants and rail station. Cooperation from owner when booking at short notice very much appreciated.

Great location and nice apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apt. We had 4 adults and 2 infants travelling. Host was friendly, prompt and personal, made extra effort to source out additional cots and high chairs. Great location - walking distance to cafes and shops. Bus stop is just outside the property.
