Kenata-Fairway is a small, quiet block of apartments providing quality short term accommodation immediately next to the University of Western Australia (UWA) and close to the Queen Elizabeth Medical Centre (QEII) hospital complex and Hollywood Hospital.It is a short walk to beautiful Matilda Bay and the Royal Perth Yacht Club

All apartments have air conditioning, are self contained, fully furnished and equipped including full modern kitchens and bathrooms and own washing machine.

This apartment (Kenata 2 )has a Queen size bed in the main bedroom and a Double or plus a single in the second bedroom. Bathroom is separate to both bedrooms making it convenient for sharing. Kenata 2 is on the fground floor with own parking apace immediately in front and small private courtyard and verandah

Great spot.. Great unit

Great location for west of Perth venues. Loved the early morning walks either in Kings Park or along the Swan. Easy to navigate around from this location.

Clean and Convenient ....

The Apartment is clean but could do better with air conditioning during the summer months esp in the rooms. The split unit in lounge area did not have enough capacity to cool down the area. Overall good property for short stay!

However this review applies to that other property so please disregard ! On behalf of the other owner this time was a record heat wave in Perth-temperatures over 40 degrees for a week or more. Why Rod or Anne chose Subiaco

Having studied and worked in the area for years we were delighted to take up the opportunity to buy this property when it came on the market. We recognised the uniqueness of its convenient location, centrally located for visitors to Perth and immediately next to the University of WA- suits visiting academics, conference attendees, student parents etc. It is also only a few minutes drive to the QEII and Sir Charles Gairdner hospital complex. Public transport options are good and the property has a large car park and landscaped gardens-all ideal for short term accommodation.
