Sandra Street is a quiet residential street, with a boat ramp located at one end of the street, and culdesac & reserve at the other. There is also a second ramp and jetty only a short walk/drive away.
"SKI HAVEN" is a newly renovated neat & tidy 3 bedroom house with comfortable open plan lounge, kitchen & dining space, with 1 x queen bed in the main bedroom and
tri-bunk beds in the second and third bedrooms each consisting of 1 x double mattress on the bottom and 1 x single top bunk. Balcony off the lounge and a covered BBQ area provide for extra space & entertaining while a large front & back yard allow for off street parking and plenty of room to move.

"SKI HAVEN" is only approx a 5 MIN drive to the Lake Entrance & Conjola Beach, General Store/Take Away Shop, Post Office, Bottleshop & Bowling Club.
The trendy town of Milton is only a short approx 10 MIN drive, where you will find the IGA, bottleshop, bakery, pubs, petrol stations and boutique gift stores, cafes, & restaurants. The stunning Mollymook beach & town centre including Golf Course & Golf Club and Rick Stein @ Bannisters Restaurant is also only a short drive from Conjola/Milton.
Ulladulla is just beyond Milton and is a main city centre where you will find Ulladulla Harbour, fresh seafood market, cinema, Ulladulla Fun Land games park, Target & various specialty stores, Coles/Woolworths/Aldi, Pub, Ex Servicemans Club, Bowling Club & more.
SKI HAVEN isn't just a Summer vacation spot and is the perfect all-year-round destination. Even on a rainy day, grab a book & a cuppa and enjoy the sight & sound of rain on the lake whilst relaxing.
