A stylish, light and bright, spotlessly clean apartment, situated just a short stroll away from famous Cottesloe beach. Free internet access.
Tastefully furnished, with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a contemporary open plan living area, stylish light fittings, ample storage space, high quality linen, comfortable beds and a relaxing sea side feel.
The main bedroom houses a queen sized bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers and is north facing, receiving morning sun in winter, sea breezes in summer and sea glimpses from the window. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen has an under bench gas oven, gas hotplates, large fridge/freezer, microwave, bamix and coffee plunger together with quality knives, a large assortment of glasses and all new crockery and cutlery. Some basic pantry items are kept in stock.
In the bathroom/laundry you will find a F/L washing machine and dryer, a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and an iron and ironing board. There is a separate toilet.
The living area has a large LED flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD and wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner. Walk out to the north facing balcony and enjoy the ocean views and the winter sun.
The apartment is on the first floor which provides privacy and sea views however the door leading into the apartment is at street level which allows for wheelchair access.
An undercover parking bay is provided for your convenience.

Transport and Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the beach side of Avonmore Terrace which is a quiet residential street with local traffic only. A 3 minute stroll down the hill will take you to Cottesloe beach where you can swim and soak up the Perth sunshine and a further 5 minute walk along the foreshore pathway will take you to the main beachside hotels, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The Sea View golf course is just a 5 minute walk along Avonmore Terace where you can hire clubs and enjoy a game of golf whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The train station, on the main Perth to Fremantle line is again just a short walk away. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Cottesloe shopping precinct, with coffee shops, small bars, cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, designer shops and a large gourmet market all at your finger tips. Alternatively you can drive or train to Fremantle or Claremont, both of which are less than 10 minutes away and offer extra choices for wining, dining and shopping.
The apartment is also within close proximity to the beautiful Swan River which meanders through Perth offering offering wonderful grassed picnic spots, boat rides and stunning views.
Cottesloe and neighbouring suburbs provide some of the most sought after real estate in Perth and Avonmore Terrace is considered one of the premier streets in Cottesloe.
The airports, both domestic and international are approximately 35-45 minutes by road but it's always best to allow slightly more time especially at peak periods. Taxis are readily available but it's advisable to book one by phone (particularly on Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays. During peak summer holidays, there is a 5 night minimum booking, unless it's a 'fill in' booking between other bookings.
