This private apartment is within the Oracle Resort complex. It is not in any way affiliated with Peppers, the onsite letting agent.


NOTE: porta-cot & high chair available for rent.

The apt has excellent ocean views North, but esp East and South. It is a '2 brm Ocean' style apartment. VIDEO OF APT & VIEWS will be sent when you respond to “HAVE A QUESTION'.

The apartment has 2 brms and 2 bathrooms, and a separate laundry and dressing room. There is one secure car park. Everything is new and modern. All rooms have ocean views.

Book with us because we GUARANTEE what is shown in the photos provided. Book with others, and you get what's available when you check in!

ALSO, we can generally offer a cheaper price than the onsite manager. Please check with us before you book with anyone else at the Oracle!

Note that we do not provide a daily service and mini bar facilities like Peppers, the onsite manager does - this is one reason why their prices are higher. (There's a big bottle store right opposite the Oracle!)

We are not "Peppers", the onsite letting agent. To check their services & prices, search for "Peppers Broadbeach" or "Wotif Peppers Broadbeach". Our prices are usually MUCH lower than theirs - please check!

We are a private owner and can provide a more economical and personal service.

Note that when you get the keys, you can access ALL the resort facilities except the theatrette. Guests can only use the Tower 2 facilities; cannot use the Tower 1 facilities.



The apartment has two kiddie lounge suites, and 3 children’s TV channels. Good to get kids settled on their own lounge suite, and glued to the TV, while tired and harried parents can unpack and get organized!

Directly opposite the Oracle is a huge park, and within this park is an enclosed children’s playground of some 1.4 hectare. It is extremely popular as it has a large number of attractions for kids; see photos 9, 10, 12 & 13.



The Oracle Development settled at the end of 2010. It has 507 apartments, divided between Tower One (50 floors) and Tower Two (40 floors).

This is the newest and best development in the Gold Coast, and far superior to Soul and Hilton in Surfers Paradise - but who wants to stay in Surfers?

The Oracle Development’s two Towers are distinctive and recognized as Broadbeach landmarks - like Q1 Building in Surfers Paradise. We provide a photo taken by us of the two Oracle Towers from the beach. Everything about this development is five star. The unit was as you would expect, great quality. However, the constant reminders everywhere within the unit of what happens if you stain a towel or leave the washing machine on was disturbing. The process to get keys felt like a drug deal and the managers still have not provided a tax receipt for our stay which has been 2 weeks after several requests. Stay at peppers rather than through The Oracle. The professional staff at Peppers were accommodating, even after they knew we were staying at the oracle. We have now stayed at both and would recommend even another private unit rather than going through Hendrick

Owner's Response: Chris must have forgotten this message he sent just before he checked out: "We will be doing our best to be leaving by 9.00 but we can,t give you an exact time. We can let you know as soon as we can when we are about to leave. We have enjoyed our stay. Regards Chris & Lynn. ------------------------------------------- Guests need reminders. One guest left washing machine on, went out for a few hours, and part of the apt flooded. Guests look after their own towels, but not ours, using them for make-up removal, sun tan cream removal, etc. even though we provide tissues. Hence we warn them: you mess our towels and linen, we charge your for bleaching and cleaning. We don't issue "receipts" for stays. We send email confirming payment. Giving the keys (swipes) IS time consuming: we meet personally, provide a map with parking instructions, and where to leave the keys when checking out. Countless guests like our service, the resort and the apartment's views, and keep coming back!

We loved our week at Peppers! Apt was immaculate with stunning views. Pool was nice but not as good as in the other tower.

Owner's Response: Your week was at The Oracle, Broadbeach. The official name is "The Oracle". It is not called "Peppers". The latter is the onsite letting agent (part of Mantra group) which manages about half the 500 apartments in the two towers. They promote it as "Peppers Broadbeach", which is fine for them, but this is just their marketing - it is not the resort's name. Apartments were sold in "The Oracle". The body corporate is for "the Oracle". The sales office (under Tower 2) is selling apartments in "The Oracle". So, in fact, you loved your week at The Oracle, Broadbeach, and thank you for this.

This apartment was perfect for us (2 adults + 2 teenagers). It is conveniently located, within easy walking distance of all local facilities (beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc.), immaculately presented, and very well equipped. The gym and pool facilities are also excellent. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was perfect  great location, beautifully fit out and had a lovely view. Our friend was in heaven.
