PLEASE do NOT request less than 6 months in season. Minimum stay 1 month rental off season and 6 months for next season. This stunning apartment is only 1 mile to the ocean and beautiful beach of Delray. Very central and in the heart of all activities, restaurants, shops and close to the famous Atlantic Ave. Fully renovated and super clean. The apartment comprises, a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big balcony overlooking the tennis courses and a laundry room with washing machine and a tumble dryer. Sheets, bath and beach towels are provided.
The apartment is on the third floor of a secured building with elevator. The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation and many lakes.
Very nice golf courses are nearby. Ideally located: 5 minutes from the lovely Delray beach, 5 minutes from Boca Raton, 15 minutes from Palm Beach and 45 minutes from Miami. Internet access with WiFi. Please, minimum of 4 months rent in the season
