100 meters at the end of the street is the Tranquil Lake Currimundi. Then a short walk along the shaded pathways to the clean and safe tidal lake suitable for all ages. Kayaking and Paddle boarding is a must on the lake. At the entrance to the lake is the Surf beach which is patrolled from September to April.
Waterfront Cafe, hire shop and playground are on the foreshore of the lake.

Any and all cancellations will need to be confirmed via email. Deposits will be kept as cancellation fee unless re-letting is achieved. If the property is re-let your deposit will be refunded minus a $150 fee for administrative work involved in re-letting the property.
Noise - Unruly behaviour / Residential Amenity:
Guests must not create noise which is offensive to neighbours especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.
Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in:
i. termination of permission to occupy the Property;
iii. loss of rental paid; and
iv. extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from
Security Deposits or Bonds.
Guests must abide by any noise abatement conditions, standards and orders issued by police or any regulatory authority to minimise impacts upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.
Functions and parties
The Property is not a "party house" and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at the Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all House Rules.

PLACES TO VISIT THINGS TO DO
The time-delayed fountain at Kings Beach will have the kids giggling for hours, as it catches them unawares, and they'll happily spend days running between the beach, the fountain and the fully fenced saltwater pool, which overlooks the beach.
Look for hermit crabs along Dicky Beach's rock hopping shoreline, race the kids on bikes along the hand-railed boardwalk hugging the shoreline from Bulcock Beach to Kings Beach. Experienced surfers in the family will want to make a beeline for Moffat Beach, renowned for it's awesome surf break.
When you've had your fill of the beach, take a riverboat cruise down the calm straits of Pumicestone Passage or play a few rounds of golf at the Greg Norman designed Pelican Waters Golf Club. Pick a winner at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club, or browse the bustling Bulcock Street Sunday markets.
Australia Zoo, Ettamogah Pub and Underwater World are a short drive away.
Why not set a day aside and visit Eumundi Market it's one of Australia's leading tourist attractions and is held every Saturday and Wednesday of the year whatever the weather. There are various markets in and around Caloundra too! Including the Currimundi Markets Sunday morning
If you wanted to leave the coast line and head for the mountains a visit to Maleny and Montville is only 30 minutes drive away. Old style country village with gorgeous quaint art galleries, antique shops and craft studios, lovely cafes, pubs and wineries. Fantastic views of the stunning Glasshouse Mountains.
Local parks and playgrounds - kids cycle track nearby.
Value for money family friendly dining at the local Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club, serviced by a courtesy bus to and from the venue to your door.
