About this property

1 BHK 5 star quality apartment within 300 meters from the famous Colva beach with amenities like fully set up kitchen, AC in the bedroom. We have 2 units of these apartments available beside each other.

We have a swimming pool, play area and the garden. You will find taxi stand, car/bike rentals, supermarkets and eating joints 2 mins from the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A very tastefully done up self contained 1 BHK unit which is just 300 meters from the Colva Beach.

The apartment is completely air conditioned..

Living Room - Has a sofa bed, LCD TV and a balcony is attached.
Kitchen - Has an induction cooker, Microwave, toaster, tea/coffee maker, water filter and all basic utensils and a refrigerator.
Bedroom - Has a Double bed, mirror, dresser and a cupboard.

Quiet location, spacious apartment

I really enjoy the peaceful location, the closeness to the beach and the spacious apartment. Communication with the owner is good and some issues (like no hot water and broken washing machine) were fixed fast.
