"Bayside" is a non smoking apartment. Pets are prohibited within the complex.
Apartment is not suitable for young children
A deposit of $250 is required to secure your booking. Balance of payment is due two weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, money order, EFT bank transfer and international monetary transfer. Contact the owner for account details.
A refundable key/property bond of $300 will be levied. This is returned provided the apartment is vacated in clean, neat order without damage and the inventory is intact and no people in addition to those booked have stayed.
Cancellation will be deducted as follows:
$250 non refundable deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival = loss of 50% tariff.
Cancellation made within one week of the stay will forfeit full payment.
After hours call out to owner will incur a fee of $150.00
