We had a great time at this property. Great access to all of the activities we came to town for, and a very comfortable place to come back to. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome property!

  • 5 of 5

David was very accomidating and helpful.

Charming old (1860's ?)house with modern accents...

The neighborhood is quiet..

Jetted tub wonderful.

Food store less than 2 blocks away-Historic Forsyth Park a few minute's walk...but, the Best thing about this property is the pool and backyard...

Nothing like a dip after a long afternoon exploring Historich Savannah!

Rest assured - we'll be back!

Thanks!

Very convenient and cozy.

  • 4 of 5

This location was close to everything! Fit 4 of us perfectly! Loved having the pool for times when we didn't want to drive to Tybee. Also having a small kitchen area was very convenient. David was awesome and helped with all of our questions or if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

Pool was green and the pullout sofa was actually a blow up mattress in the closet.

Not a good experience. Would not recommend this to anyone. Over priced.

Owner's Response: Well, this is not the type of review I hope for. This is also not entirely accurate. It is true that there is an air mattress in the unit instead of a pull out couch. It is a VERY nice queen size air mattress that is self inflating. It is MUCH more comfortable than a pull out. I am not sure what to say about the pool comment. The pool was certainly not green. We get the pool maintained once a week and get extra visits when a rain storm has come through. At any rate, I hope everyone reads some of the other reviews left by guests to get a good picture of the unit. I do everything I can while you are staying with me to ensure a great stay. Please feel free to contact me via phone or email if you have any concerns or questions.
