Visit the plethora of lunch restaurants and coffee houses during the day and enjoy the bar districts of city market and river street in the evening.

Or.......just get out of big city traffic for the week and relax by the pool.

Wonderful location; cute property!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 527 E Gwinnett Street. The house was very quaint and we enjoyed the pool. As for location, it was convenient for everything we wanted to do! We were in town for the Savannah Rock n Roll half marathon and it was about .4 miles to the finish line. Perfection. My only complaint would be the AC as it acted up a bit, but David (owner) has a second unit in the bedroom that helped, and we used it as a back-up when the other had issues. It’s a nice part of town, also, and a Kroger grocery store is about a block away, which also was nice. I would most definitely return!

PERFECT!!!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This is the 7th time I have stayed at one of the three rentals that David has on East Gwinnette and it will not be the last. The last visit I spent 10 days. David and Luciana are great and make sure that everything is smooth. The condos are near a Kroger's, liquor store, great food and the park. I love staying in Savannah it is my second home and the best part is walking and enjoying the urban forest and the squares. I love to walk and explore from the condos - it is a great walk to the farmers market on Saturday, not too far to the Starland District and perfect when heading to City Market and the River. The best way to enjoy Savannah is to walk and explore.

The condos are perfect for relaxing especially with the pool and amazing tubs ( in all three condos). I will be back in the Spring at the same location and I am counting the days. You cannot go wrong if you stay at any of the three condos!!

Perfect historic Savannah location!

  • 5 of 5

This little spot was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was beautiful, and the art in there lovely. The home was perfectly appointed. It has all the comforts of home with a few extras such as the Jacuzzi for two bath. There is a great little deck for morning coffee with a view of the community pool. Bed and couch so comfy. This spot has such easy access to everything Savannah has to offer. It's only 30 minutes away from the beaches of Tybee Island. We loved this stay and will be back!

Not good

  • 1 of 5

Broken shower curtain, broken window blind and front door curtain, broken lamp shade-couldn't get lamp to work. Dirty tub. Picture hung sideways in bathroom, toilet paper ran out, smoke detector detached,, front porch dirty, hot throughout house due to one air cond. in bedroom. Bathroom sink was awkward- I am not one to complain, but not happy with this place- pool was good.

Owner's Response: Well, for some one who is not one to complain Amber is really good at it. ;) I am never happy when someone doesn't enjoy his or her stay. Unfortunately, there is the occasional guest that seems bent on not being happy. Amber was one of those guests. Amber sent me a list of complaints the day she was checking out. While I usually expect adults to be able to put up a shower curtain rod if it has fallen or straighten a slanted picture if it REALLY bothers them, I decided to give Amber the benefit of the doubt and gave her a partial refund. Apparently that did not make her happy either. There is nothing at all wrong with the AC; there is even a small window unit in the bedroom for hot Savannah summer days. There is a Kroger two blocks away for toilet paper or she could have called me for more. The bathroom sink is little high; there is a stool for shorter people. I am 6’2” and find really comfortable. Broken lamp shade? The lamp works just as a lamp should. After briefly speaking with Amber I wasn't entirely surprised she couldn't get it to work though…..
