Immaculately presented Jarelle House with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout (heat & cool) and every up to date feature and convenience for your comfort. Jarelle's location has easy and convenient access to arterial roads for commuting around Perth as well as both international and domestic Perth airports.

The property features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family/dining and kitchen with an open plan style, outdoor dining and a lake and parkland opposite the property.

The master bedroom has it's own en-suite, dual showers, double vanity and private toilet and is separate to the rest of the bedrooms. Please see our floor plan.

The property can comfortably sleep 6 guests with ease plus a possible 2 more.

A large Chef's kitchen with Caesar-stone bench tops, glass splash backs are just some of the up to date features this property offers. The heart of the house is the central kitchen which is fully equipped with gas cooking, dishwasher and overlooks the family and meals areas and the outdoor misted Alfresco and Palm garden. The property is totally self contained including laundry with washing machine, electric tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The paved patio area has outdoor dining for 6 and a small private brick paved outdoor area complete with BBQ. A totally secure property with an externally monitored alarm system, key locked gate and locked secure parking for 2 vehicles. Extra parking opposite the house is available if required.

Opposite Jarelle House is public open space consisting of a small lake, bridge crossing and fountain where birds visit has many walkways for the walking enthusiast. A fully equipped local gymnasium is less than 3 minutes drive from the property.

Jarelle House is located in the suburb of Harrisdale (next suburb Canning Vale) with easy access to Jandakot Airport, 3 minutes drive to Canning Vale Shopping Centre including Woolworths, Big W, Post Office, Bank ATM's, News-agency, 7 Fast Food outlets and many specialty shops. Dan Murphy's close-by.

A 2 minute drive to our local Tavern C Y O'Connors which has a popular bistro with an extensive menu, bar, drive through bottle shop and casual outdoor dining area.

A 3 minute drive to the Livingston Marketplace Shopping Centre or Warton Road Shopping Centres where you'll again find a variety of fast food outlets, convenience stores and also a fresh fish outlet.

Public transport and parks are only meters away and you'll have quick and easy freeway access to the City of Perth, Fremantle, both Airports and a quick commute to Cockburn Train Station which is 4 stops from Perth City.
