*Fully secure backyard in case you wish to bring pets, council rules legislate that a maximum of 2 dogs can be on the property. Pets to remain outdoors, however garage has rear roller door where they can access garage if need be. Please advise us in your enquiry if you wish to bring pets.

*As per new rental registration requirements we must mention noise or music being played must be reduced to an inaudible level outside the property by 10 pm, or risk being removed from the premises.
A 'NO EXTREME PARTY POLICY' IS IN PLACE, Police and/or nuisance call outs will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal of the occupants.

*Not Available to Schoolies - Family groups or groups with tenants over 26 y/o only.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
Discover beaches, wildlife and many family attractions on a little island with a big reputation.

Explore the natural wonders of land and sea, including the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, Wildlife parks, partake in fishing charters, or go on a wildlife cruise from the Cowes Jetty. All within close proximity to Cowes Central Beach House.

Activities are plentiful on the island; Learn to surf at Smiths Beach, take the kids to 'A Maze'N Things' theme park, visit the 'Trout and Bush Tucker farm, have a hit of golf, rev it up at the Go-Kart track which is a miniaturized replica of the GP circuit. Head to the Phillip Island airport where helicopter scenic flights are available, sky-diving or visit the National Vietnam Veterans Museum.

Treat yourself to a great selection of Restaurants and gourmet eateries. Head to Panny's Chocolate Factory or visit the 'Rusty Water' Brewery, the choices are yours.

Family getaway
Property is conveniently located close to shops and beach. Lots of room for families to share without being squashed together. Big outdoor area for kids to run around. We were fortunate to have great weather therefore most of our time was spent at the beach .

Fantastic Cowes stay with everything you need
We (a family of 8 adults - three couples and two singles) absolutely loved this property. It was a 2min walk to the beach and a less than 10min walk to the shops. The kitchen was kitted out with all the necessities and practical things (like enough plates / cups / saucepans for a house of that size!). The two living areas and giant backyard meant we could all stretch out and enjoy the space. We had some minor issues with the BBQ but the host was super responsive and a great communicator. We would 100% recommend this property and hopefully stay again next year!

Having grown up in Melbourne I had memories of holidaying at Phillip Island as a kid at an Aunt's house. I loved the outdoors, heading to the beach and the relaxed pace of the island.. I've now got 3 children and built this beach house so they could share similar memories with family and friends. We don't get down as much as we'd like with kids sports and the likes, but I'd prefer others to be enjoying the property rather than it just sitting vacant.

Why they chose this property

The house was built with sharing a holiday with another family in mind and I feel that this is one of the great things about our house. There is plenty of room for a couple families to enjoy themselves without tripping over one another.

What makes this property unique

The location is such that you can drive to the house and then hit the beach or town by foot if you desire. The backyard is large and secure which is great for young kids.
