This high class waterfront home has absolutely everything you need to stay in style and luxury for your holiday or business stay and it also has an amazing secret "Bunker". This fantastic home has it all for everyone with sate of the art finishes, luxurious and comfortable furnishings and every mod con you need.

The heated spa is popular and our secret "BUNKER" complete with two large bedrooms has been a talking point amongst the guests that have stayed. This enormous area has it all for the teenagers, kids, husbands and friends (ladies lock them away downstairs and enjoy the tranquillity upstairs!)

Located directly behind Jupiters Casino and only a very short walk to the restaurants, cafes, shops and Convention Centre, Blue Waters is a stunning home and is the perfect holiday or corporate destination.

LIVING AREA

The expansive open plan living area opens up to the waterfront and outdoor living and alfresco dining area complete with outdoor TV. The heated spa and pool enjoy waterfront views to Jupiters and the Convention Centre. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Other special features are a private cinema room, Cable TV, Wii and an iPod docking system. FREE INTERNET IS AVAILABLE.

BEDROOMS

With 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. The size of the master suite on the second level has to be seen to be believed. It has gorgeous city skyline views from the private balcony together with an ensuite, walk in robe and mini kitchenette.

There are a further two bedrooms on this level each with their own ensuite and walk in robe and private balcony. All these bedrooms have a TV. On the main level there are two bedrooms one with an ensuite and TV. There is also a bathroom on this level.

The "BUNKER" features two large bedrooms (one with TV) and a bathroom - perfect for the older kids or couples seeing to be away from the other guests.

Bedroom 1 - Supersized Master with King. An extra King (or 2 long singles) can be made up if required at an additional cost.

Bedroom 2 - Queen PLUS single bed

THE BUNKER

KITCHEN

The designer kitchen includes an inbuilt coffee machine, fridge and all the gadgets you need to cook gourmet meals. Please note the bar fridge is for the owners use only but there are two fridges at this property. The kitchen flows seamlessly to the outdoor dining area through large bifold doors and it is a great open plan area to enjoy.

CINEMA

The large screen, movie chairs and scatter cushions make this a very comfortable room to watch your favourite movie or sport. With Foxtel you are spoilt for choice.

OUTDOORS

Relax, relax, relax - this house demands you relax in style with the wonderful outdoor lounge area with TV and daybeds overlooking the heated spa and pool. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area to make the most of our balmy weather. There is a sandy beach with your own pontoon to fish or kayak from.

THE BUNKER

The huge area has everything - pool table, table tennis, TV, multiple lounges, bar table and plenty of room for the kids to play handball or even ride a trike or skate around if the weather is not so good or you have had enough of our sunshine.

The two large bedrooms and bathroom in The Bunker make this an ideal area for teenagers or couples wanting some space away from the other guests.

This home is situated in a premier location only a 5 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

SURFERS PARADISE nightclubs and shopping is just five minute drive away

THEME PARKS are a 20 minute drive or transport to them a 5 minute walk
