yeah well

Key pick up is not great as there is no parking anywhere near it. The carpets are in dire need of replacement, the blinds need to be fixed as light streams through all night. there was a broken bed head and the fan housing in the bathroom kept falling out of the ceiling. on the good side is the location is fantastic if you are doing anything in town with only a short walk to southbank and about the same to catch a tram.

The property was well located, but it was difficult to access keys (no parking near the shop they needed to be collected from), we did not have access to the pool that was advertised, and the property was not overly clean and in some instances not well maintained either. A 3 star at best.
