Located right on Swanston Street, this apartment is minutes walk to some of Melbourne's iconic tourist attractions and entertainment venues such as the Public Baths, Queen Victoria Market, the State Library and Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria shopping centres.

Easily accessible by public transport with trams on Swanston Street and a 5 minute walk from Melbourne Central railway station.

The apartment comprises of an open plan living and dining area with air-conditioning and heating, a fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry facilities, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is also access to the communal 5-star facilities including a fully fitted gym, indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, a tennis court, a theatre and outdoor BBQ!
