THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. If you plan to drink alcohol excessively, make a lot of noise and disregard those living in close proximity, please look for alternative accommodation.

This delightful apartment is clean, comfortable, peaceful, homely & affordable.

Suitable for families, groups and couples who are considerate and respectful guests. If this sounds like you, we warmly welcome you to stay in this self-contained apartment, one of 2 within a large home with Free Unlimited WIFI.

Private and spacious, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, though an extra mattress on the floor can accommodate a 7th guest.

Great location between Glenelg & Henley Square, 3 minutes walk to the beach, close to the airport yet not in the flight path.

You'll have exclusive front door entry to your apartment which is on 2 levels - Entry, Dining Room and Kitchen on the ground floor, Living room, Balcony, 3 Bedrooms and Bathroom upstairs.

Secure parking for one car, small front garden but no outdoor entertaining area.

LOCATION - Overlooking Barratt Reserve, just a short stroll to the beach, close to Glenelg and Henley Square, Adelaide Shores camping ground and Adelaide Airport (though not in the flight path).

3 BEDROOMS - Queen, Double and Twin (single beds may be converted to a King bed in special circumstances). Single mattresses can be set up in 2 of the bedrooms. Very comfortable beds with all linen provided. Mid-stay linen change available at extra cost. During low season (June-Aug) a discount is offered to 1 or 2 guests using only 1 bedroom.

KITCHEN - Appliances include mini oven, microwave, large slow cooker, large electric frypan, hotplates, toaster, kettle, bamix, etc. Complimentary breakfast provisions are provided for the first couple of mornings and also some essential pantry/fridge items.

DINING ROOM - Huge dining table, seats up to 10. Suitable to be used as a conference table also. Your friends or colleagues are welcome to visit between 8am and 11pm but booked guests only to stay overnight.

LIVING ROOM and BALCONY - Light and airy, great views. 50" TV, DVD player, lots of DVDs, books, games.

BATHROOM - 3 individual areas: large separate vanity area; large bathroom room with shower and full sized bath; separate toilet. Hairdryer, toiletries, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

SECURE PARKING - Off street, for 1 car.

LAUNDRY - Hand washing facilities provided. Laundry service available upon request at additional cost. Alternatively there is a Laundrette a short walk away.

INTERNET - MyRepublic, Unlimited


BOOKED GUESTS ONLY TO STAY OVERNIGHT unless prior arrangement is made with the hosts.

Enquiries from families with little children are not recommended - the nearby Camping Park may provide more suitable facilities and outdoor space for energetic young children. However, a complimentary portable cot with linen, high chair and stair safety gate are provided for babies who are not yet fully mobile. Due to the stairs, this property is also unsuitable for elderly, frail or disabled people.

Hosts Jennie and Jeff live at the rear of the property in their own private adjoining apartment and use a back entrance. They are at your service upon request but will respect your privacy at all times. A lockable internal door separates the two apartments. Your apartment is at the front of the house and is accessed through the front door.

NO extra charges for beach towels, umbrella, esky, golf clubs, tennis racquets, chairs, rug.

NO Service fees - we include the Stayz Service fee in our tariffs (however, recent changes by Stayz to online payment system may incur an additional small booking fee).

We had such a wonderful stay with Jennie and Jeff. They were such thoughtful, generous and kind hosts and we felt very privileged to stay with them. The set up is very spacious, private and relaxing. We could have stayed a lot longer! We felt absolutely lavished upon being guests at Jennie and Jeff's home. This B&B is a fantastic "base" from which to enjoy Adelaide - the bus stops right outside the house and the beach is a 2-minute stroll up the street where you can get free bike hire to explore the city. Wholeheartedly recommend it!

Roomy, bright, clean and close to the beach!

We arrived late on a Friday night. Jenny and Jeff were there to greet us. The house is on a relatively quiet st about 100m from West Beach and a nice "boardwalk" walk/stroll to cafes. Car parking is secure. The house is very well appointed with anything you would want on hand. Good quality beds and bedding. Clean, tidy, bright and with nice view south across playing field and to the Adelaide Hills. A bus stop is just outside the front entrance. Apart from seeing Jenny and Jeff when we arrived - that was all we heard from them. Some provisions for a light breakfast are also provided. Couldn't be happier. A lovely place to stay - its a pity we couldn't have spent more time there
