Love it here

Mia‘s place is small but packed with everything that you need. It is all beautifully organized and clean. Having stayed in many, many places around the world, this is the only home where they offer you a bed sheet and blanket in place of the heavy cumbersome doona. Your choice! Plus some milk and biscuits thrown in. Mia’s response to anything is sensational. Not that anything has ever been wrong on our two stays. Will be here again next year.

A great little hideaway in the middle of everything!

Parents and 17yr old stayed for four nights in this neat little home. Facilities were clean and the host had provided all things necessary (towels & toiletries, coffee & tea etc) and the kitchen is well serviced with clean oven and microwave. The television has Android TV with wifi provided, so we were able to utilise TV and YouTube while also being able to stream direct to the TV with our own devices. The beds are very firm (personally I prefer a softer bed), but still slept like a baby. We were worn out after each day as we visited almost everything a tourist could attend in Ballarat, and this home is right in the middle of everything. If you're looking for somewhere clean and tidy for winding down after a day of sightseeing for two to four, this property is for you. If you're looking for a sprawling property to host more, I'd suggest another property will suit. Having said that, this was perfect for us, and a big thank you to Mia for being extremely helpful.

Cozy house in ideal location

The little house was perfect for a four day stay with our adult son. Everything you could need, with a split system heater and electric blankets. 15 min pleasant walk to Sturt street, excellent location. Communication with Mia was excellent, would recommend!

Close to a Coles supermarket, take away outlets, a news agency and bottle shop. A few more steps gets you to restaurants and bars. Conveniently located quite close to the centre of town, walking distance if you are keen :)
