About the property

Grandeur, Opulence, Luxury are some of the words that would come to mind when you enter this apartment. This is already a huge property with over 110 square meters in size but the extra high ceiling (nearly 5 meters) makes it look exceptionally over-sized. Rarely one finds these classic, heritage apartments of this enormous size and enduring class these days.

It features a gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area. This lounge/dining area is vast by any standards stretching to nearly 30 square meters in size and stylishly furnished with the focus on classical luxury and comfort.

The master bedroom offers a sizable walk-in-robe and a stunning en-suite with bath tub, separate shower room, toilet, and vanity. This bedroom itself is massive that we have comfortably fitted a king-sized bed along with a single-bed still leaving plenty of vacant space. This bedroom has the advantage of a very high ceiling and brightness from the ceiling high window.

The second bedroom, with built in robes, is very large with high ceilings and tall windows have a king-sized bed that can be split into two single beds when necessary. The 3rd bedroom is also fairly generous in size to fit a king-sized bed and more.

A full second bathroom with shower room, toilet and vanity and laundry facilities are available next to the living room. Laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

Secure, undercover Car parking available in this building. This requires to be booked in advance and will cost $40 per night. Size restriction to the vehicle applicable.

Late check-in (After 10PM) will charge A$ 25 per stay

BED ARRANGEMENT:

The extra-large bedrooms 1 & 2 has a king size bed, each, that can be split into two king-single beds. Additionally, each king-single beds also has a trundle component underneath, which can be pulled out to provide up to two additional single beds. Thus these two rooms have potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 or 4 people, thus providing beds flexible for 4 to 8 people.

The third bedroom has a king sized bed that can be split into two single beds on request. The extra large lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofa bed (to sleep four). There is enough floor space to add additional roll-away beds when required.

The apartment is listed for 6 people stay, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. Extra cost applies for additional guests over # 6.

Great location

Comfortable accommodation for our Melbourne stay. The location is terrific and central. For us, is was all about exploring the city, so clean linen and good showers were important. The apartment was well presented, spacious and generally clean. We didn't eat in so we didn't use the kitchen facilities, only the kettle and fridge. Our contacts, Ray and Joanna, were extremely helpful. They assisted with the organisation of an early check in and storage of our luggage, after checking out so that we could make the most of our Melbourne stay. We would definitely stay here again. It suited our needs perfectly.

Excellent Location, Disappointed in Facility

In the lead up to our trip, communication was excellent. Our contact was very helpful and ended up upgrading our booking FOC to a bigger apartment. The apartment complex is VERY rundowns bought and in need of some genuine TLC. ThE apartment we had also needed a good clean. The photos were a little misleading. Dishwasher and toaster were broken. Although self-contained the apartment was lacking in clean, usable kitchen equipment. Dirty towel was found in the bathroom on our arrival. There was cigarette ash all over one window sill, despite the room supposedly being non-smoking. A second key had to be chased, as did the portacots we had requested in our original bookingand confirmed prior to arrival. disappointed in the facility but it is in an excellent, central location.
