Located at Brisbane’s favourite seaside village ‘Manly’ this popular self-catering holiday home is ideal for couples, families and interstate business travellers alike.

The popularity of the Corporate Beach House is easy to understand. The stand-alone, fully furnished home is immaculately presented, extremely comfortable and ideally located within minutes of restaurants, cafes, shops and local attractions such as waterfront parklands and Moreton Bay.

The house embraces indoor-outdoor living and alfresco dining. Sea breezes enter the home from the east facing porch, drifting through the comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen out to the private and relaxing rear deck perfect for a BBQ with family and friends.

With two good sized bedrooms the house can happily accommodate five people sharing the spotless bathroom which contains a deep soaking bath ideal for relaxing after a long journey.

Nothing is forgotten when it comes to providing you with a wonderful holiday in the well-equipped Corporate Beach House. You need only to pack your personal belongings as everything else is provided for you and shops and restaurants are moments away.

As one of Brisbane Bayside’s best the Corporate Beach House is often heavily booked. Please make your enquiry well ahead of time where possible to make certain of the availability. Weekly bookings include your 7th night for FREE so please book early to avoid missing out.

Features of the House

An extremely well equipped and immaculately presented kitchen with all the glasses, cutlery, cooking equipment and crockery that you could possibly need. European appliances include a stainless steel 5 burner cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and full sized fridge.

A comfortable living area contains an extra-large modular couch for at least four, quality electrical appliances include a high definition LED television, blue ray DVD player and IPod dock with Bluetooth connection. The adjoining indoor dining area provides a dining table and chairs for four.

Beds fully made up and waiting for you with freshly washed sheets and pillowcases. There are three beds within the two equal sized bedrooms. One queen, one double and one single. There is plenty of luggage storage within the built-in wardrobes and chest of 5 drawers in each bedroom.

A fully tiled luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate deep soaker bath. Soft fluffy bath towels and shower gel.

The secluded back deck includes a gas BBQ and outdoor setting for six surrounded by a lush sub-tropical garden and overlooking a manicured lawn. The large back garden perfect for children and a small storage shed to lock away your ‘toys’ (fishing rods and bikes etc)

Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the house comfortable all year round as well as a north easterly aspect capturing the sea breezes from every direction.

Location of the House and Manly

The Corporate Beach is quietly located in a residential street tucked in behind the Manly Esplanade on Brisbane’s Bayside. The Manly Esplanade is only a 150 metre walk and Manly Village with its seaside atmosphere and local attractions is only a 5 minute walk from the Corporate Beach House.

Brisbane domestic and international airports are a simple 20 minute drive via the nearby Port of Brisbane Motorway.

Local sporting venues such as the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron is only a 10 minute walk, the Wynnum Golf Club is a 5 minute drive and the Sleeman Sports Complex is a 10 minute drive.

Brisbane City is a 30 minute drive from Manly or why not walk on up to the Manly Train Station and catch a city train. Brisbane City is just a 35 minute train ride from Manly Station. Popular inner city destinations such as Southbank Parklands and Fortitude Valley can be accessed this way also.

The Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast with their world class beaches and family fun theme parks are a 1 hour drive from Manly via the nearby Gateway Motorway.

The Port of Brisbane is a 10 minute drive from Manly for those business travellers working in and around the port.
