Boutique apartment on Collingwood/ East Melbourne/ Fitzroy border close to Melbourne CBD.

This apartment ticks the boxes. Stylish, comfortable and ideally located on a quiet street with a leafy outlook in a lively food, art and entertainment precinct. It is self-contained and secure in a small modern complex with quality fittings throughout.

The flexible open plan living includes a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances. Fully retractable cafe doors connect the living to a private balcony great for a coffee or casual dining. The front queen sized bedroom has walk through robes and an ensuite. The slightly smaller second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and separate well appointed bathroom. Retractable doors make it suitable for use as a study for single guests or a couple. Crisp white bed linen and towels are provided. All rooms have generous storage space. Central heating and cooling throughout. European washing machine and dryer.

The cosmopolitan shops, cafes, fine dining and pubs of Smith Street and Gertrude Street are just around the corner. Brunswick Street, Fitzroy is a few minutes walk and its a short tram ride to popular Asian food outlets on Victoria Street. The MCG, Fitzroy Gardens, Melbourne City, Exhibition Buildings, and Rod Laver Arena are all in close proximity.

The apartment has a secure allocated parking space and lift access.

Close to everything

The apartment's convenient and exciting location makes it ideal for short stays. It is also ideal for executives on assignment, for sabbaticals, access to medical services, or other longer term stays where convenience and home comforts are required.

It offers easy access to major Melbourne attractions and facilities. Guests can take a leisurely walk to Melbourne CBD through East Melbourne and Fitzroy Gardens, or catch a tram on Victoria Street or Smith Street, both just metres away. From Cambridge Street it is also an easy walk to the Exhibition Building, the Exhibition Gardens, Melbourne Museum and iMax. Use the trams for the famous Queen Victoria Markets, Etihad Stadium, Southbank and Crown, St Kilda Road and the National Gallery of Victoria, the Botanic Gardens and Shrine of Remembrance, and the shopping and dining areas of South Yarra, Bridge Road Richmond, Chapel Street Prahran, or St Kilda Beach with its surrounding eateries and night spots.

Major universities and medical facilities are nearby including the University of Melbourne, RMIT University, Australian Catholic University, St Vincents Hospital, the Eye and Ear Hospital, Freemasons Hospital and Mercy Private Hospital.

Perfect stay

A brilliant long weekend using Cambridge St as our base! There was ample room for 2 couples, it was super quiet and very comfortable for 4. The facilities were well thought out and generous - the linens and towel were top quality as were all appliances. It was very easy transacting with the property owner. We walked all over Collingwood and Fitzroy, and into the CBD without any trouble, and the trams took us further out from the convenient nearby tram stop. I look forward to staying again sometime.

Fabulous in Collingwood (Fitzroy)

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was secure and central to all the great Fitzroy spots. Ten minutes walk to the tram, ten minutes walk to Gertrude Street and Smith Street. Apartment is nicely furnished and quiet. We will return!
