Randy Farr, Owner
About Randy Farr, Owner
I fell in love with this area while working as a geologist for the US Geological Survey in 1978. Amazingly when I returned looking for property to purchase in 2001, I found that this beautiful quiet secluded corner of Montana had somehow remained a wonderful well-kept secret.
Randy Farr, Owner purchased this Cabin in 2006
Why Randy Farr, Owner chose Troy
I chose this 30 acre property because it contained a beautiful diverse conifer forest and snow-fed stream which bisects it. It affords privacy for both my home on the eastern edge of the property and the visitors to the cabin on the western edge. Being next to National Forest Service land was also a must!
What makes this Cabin unique
Great views and a waterfall just off the property to the east! Centrally located for easy day trips to the Pend Oreille area in Idaho and the Kootenai Valley. Lots to see and do!
