This property was totally refurbished during 2012. An idyllic four bedroom townhouse , located on Sydney Harbour's waterfront.

The main bedroom features harbour views, luxurious ensuite and walk in robe, 2nd bedroom with built in children’s bunks and desk, and 3rd bedroom with a double fold out bed and built in wardrobes. Main bathroom features separate bath and shower. Forth bedroom/Rumpus located downstairs.

Amungula is located in the harbour front area of Balmain peninsular. This district was one of the first areas settled by Europeans, and therefore has a long and colourful history.This is evident today in the age of the surrounding buildings, and narrow streets.In the second half of the twentieth century Balmain was de-industrialised resulting in large areas of foreshore land being dedicated to public recreation areas. Being at the end of the peninsular also means that through traffic is non existent. The end result is that despite being so close to the centre of Sydney this area is remarkably tranquil.
