This Family Friendly Luxury Lakefront Vacation Rental is the ultimate vacation getaway. Known for the bike/hiking trails, golf, fishing, swimming & boating.

Enjoy the amazing views and Ozark’s natural beauty at this lake front home in Northwest Arkansas.

The two separate backyard balconies plus a sun porch overlook the spectacular main body of Loch Lomond and provide relaxing vantage points to relax and unwind from the stresses of daily life.

Julia’s Lake House is a 4,600 sq ft home with five bedrooms that sleep up to 12. It is located in Bella Vista, Arkansas, just twenty minutes from Northwest Arkansas Regional (XNA) airport.

There is 154ft of direct lake front access, with a 50ft dock that can accommodate up to two 24 ft boats. The gentle backyard slope to the lake is only 100ft from the back door.

There are 3 spacious living areas with spectacular views of Loch Lomond, 2 pellet fireplaces, 2 kitchens, and the house is located on a cul-de-sac in a private community.

Pontoon boat rentals and fuel are available on the lake at The Marina at LakePoint, March through October. Two kayaks & two paddle boards included.

This is an All Season Vacation Home with great things to do Year Round.

Who wouldn't love it!

The perfect home-away-from-home! Everything you need is in this beautiful house, and even all you want to enjoy the lake. Something for every age. Julia is pleasant and communicates to make sure guests are happy. And best of all, her checkout requests are minimal

Lots of Room

Took my family on a vacation, something we haven’t done as a family in 20 plus years. Wh had six adults, a two year old and 9 month old twins. The house was a perfect size for all of us in that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The best part was the roominess and not having to climb all over everyone or being crowded. There were plenty of pots and pansy dishes, and flatware as we cooked all our meals there. My daughter in law even made a Strawberry birthday cake for my son. The accommodations were way better than imagined. There were games available if we wanted to play. Even though we didn’t play in the water, Kayak’s and Paddle Boards were available. We sat on the porch and had our morning coffee and watched the Sun come up or sat and had a soft drink and watched the boaters out on the lake. Julia’s lake house was the perfect place for our family get together. My oldest son who doesn’t impress easily told me “ You did a good job getting this place Dad. We used our activity cards and played golf one day at the Highlands Course and hit the Driving Randy a couple more days. We wanted to play one more day but something came up and had to change our plans. Would I come here again? Absolutely I would do it again. Julia was available and answered all my questions and if We needed anything she was there to answer question or help in any way. She was an absolute Jewel and so easy to get along with. My only regret was not being able to meet her in person.

50th Anniversary

We had a fabulous time at Julia’s Lake House We had the whole family with us to mark our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is lovely, very clean and perfect for a large group. Julia has thought of everything a family would need to enjoy a week on the lake Our grandkids loved the lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and big raft. Julia was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. We highly recommend this great place and hope to return in the future.

50th Wedding Anniversary

Julia's house is extraordinary!!! We wondered if she had "this" or "that"...but found all and more in the cabinets. The kitchen was especially well equipped which was helpful because we made most of our meals. The large open spaces that faced the lake were wonderful. Everyone had their own bed (11 people) and everyone had an excellent time with: fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, playing card & board games, playing pool (1st time for many) and watching old family movies on the downstairs large TV. Julia was so responsive to our questions: where is a good local restaurant for a nice family dinner (the restaurant at the marina), where can we rent a pontoon boat (one option was for multiple days and 1 was for single days at the marina). The dock and lake were excellent and the storage closet at Julia's had every imaginable piece of water equipment imaginable (life vests, floaties, donuts for pulling behind a boat, etc.) and also fishing poles and yard games. First impressions will convince you that this was a good choice, but when you open the front door and immediately see the large living area and huge windows overlooking the lake you know that this will be a great setting for what ever gathering you plan.

Absolutely the perfect home for large or small gatherings…Julia has thought of every need no matter what the want may be..Julia’s preparation was beyond our expectations and therefore all we had to do was enjoy her home!! Perfect lake and great area of NW Arkansas…we hope to return soon..👍

My husband and I built our home in Bella Vista on lake Loch Lomond. We enjoy it so much we purchased another lake front home to share with our visitors and guests.

Why they chose this property

Loch Lomond is a small, quiet lake, yet it is an all sport lake except for jet skis. We have a Marina that services boat rental, fuel, bait and a restaurant. The fishing is excellent. On weekdays you might have the lake all to yourselves. The home is located on a cul-de-sac, surrounded with trees and lake front.

What makes this property unique

The spectacular views from Julia's Lake House, balconies, sun porch and lake are what attracted us to this home. The house is set in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Our property has 154 ft of shore line. The views are breath taking. At times it feels like you have the lake all to yourselves.This 4,600 sq ft luxury home, with 5 bedroom, 4 baths, allows everyone to have plenty of space. Having 2 spacious living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 pellet fire places, gas grill, fire pit, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are just some of the extra's. The kitchen is fully stocked for 12 people with extra large pots and pans. The pool table, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks and 500 Lego Duplo's are some added bonuses. The driveway holds 8 cars, boat trailer or RV, with access to 2 car garage.
