Local bus right outside the door takes you to Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Women's Hospital, Footscray station in one direction, and St Vincent's Private Hospital, and the Royal Exhibition Building and Melbourne Museum in the beautiful Carlton Gardens, the other.

We charge per apartment, not per person. The maximum number of people is 4.
There is a 4 night minimum booking. Occasionally this is negotiable, dependent on other bookings or an agreed alternate fee.
Discounts apply to bookings of 7 nights or more.
As of 2015 arrivals after 8.30pm will require a late fee, by negotiation.
Bedding, bath towels and basic supplies are provided.
The apartment is not serviced daily, however, we do provide plenty of towels and there are laundry facilities in the apartment. Bookings of 14-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.
1st Bedroom - 1 x Queen bed
2nd Bedroom - 2 x long single beds - can make up a King on request.
One free under-building car parking space is provided (maximum height clearance 2.0m).
The apartment itself has ceiling fans, Air Conditioning, winter hydronic heating, and is well-appointed. The kitchen is comprehensively stocked for cooking needs and includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is one central bathroom. The open-plan living/dining room is furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs, coffee table, television, sofa, lounge chairs. Separate desk area.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, fresh air and natural light. There's a very small rear outdoor area (2m x 6m) with seating and potplants. The living areas look onto a shared garden courtyard aspect and there are plantation shutters for privacy.
The apartment is ground floor and has flat entry to street frontage and flat entry to front door. Easy entry wide shower space.
