The Bellerive Marina View Apartments NO 28 is located in the historic and exclusive Bellerive Village and yet only minutes from the heart of Hobart.

From the apartment, it is a short stroll to a number of amenities including restaurants, hotels and the Bellerive Yacht Club. The Village hosts all the services you may require including a supermarket, bakery, newsagent, post office, butcher, dentist, doctor, pharmacy and gymnasium ... just to name a few! Also in close proximity are churches, schools, squash and tennis courts, lawn bowls and boat ramp.

You can travel to Hobart city within minutes by car. A water taxi also conducts a regular service from the Bellerive Marina to Salamanca ... a most scenic and leisurely experience. A regular bus service into Hobart also operates with the bus stop literally outside your door!

For sports lovers, Blundstone Arena (Bellerive Oval) is only 350 metres away. Right behind the oval is the picturesque Bellerive Beach. A great spot for anyone wanting to take in a morning stroll or use the fitness equipment in the nearby park.

Enjoy a walk along the boardwalk and over 10 kms of cycle-way and paths following the lovely Eastern Foreshore which includes the Historic Bellerive Bluff Battery (fort) circa 1884.

THE NEW APARTMENT

The apartment is located on the second floor of a new, architecturally designed complex. It contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. It features timber flooring throughout and carpet to both bedrooms. It is furnished with a modern retro decor.

The first bedroom is sky-lit with a sitting cove and contains a queen sized bed. It features built in robes, wall mounted TV and phone dock.

The second bedroom is bright and sunny and may be configured to contain a large king sized bed or two single beds. It also features built in robes, a wall-mounted TV and a phone dock.

Both rooms are supplied with freshly washed and ironed linen, large bath towels and beach towels.

The combined bathroom and laundry is efficiently compact and usable with lovely fittings, ultra modern appliances and excellent ventilation.

The European style kitchenette features beautiful white non-slam cupboards and drawers with a black mirrored splash back. Included is a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, wall oven and hotplates with lighted range-hood above, automatic coffee machine and a selection of fine tea.

The living area includes a lovely colorful retro lounge, a cup chair, and a dining suite which lead through double glass doors to the verandah and BBQ overlooking the Bellerive Marina.

Your entertainment is complete with a 50 inch wall mounted LCD 3D Smart TV, Blu Ray player,) and enhanced sound bar with sub woofer.

Undercover car parking is available with access from both the adjoining public car park and the Clarence Street thoroughfare.
